    Today, I accompanied a friend to this location while she ordered lunch for herself and several others. I have never personally been the target of this employee’s behavior, but I have witnessed her interactions multiple times while with my friend. Each time, she brings a noticeably hostile, dismissive, and disdainful presence to the sandwich counter that creates an uncomfortable atmosphere. During this visit, my friend ordered a Veggie Delite. The employee interacted in a confrontational and impatient manner, making my friend visibly uncomfortable while ordering. At one point, while discussing toppings, I asked whether she would genuinely serve a sandwich containing mayonnaise and smashed avocado after it had been placed in the toaster oven. This question stemmed from the implication that sandwiches had previously been prepared in that manner, despite those ingredients becoming unappetizing when heated. I fully understand that customers order food in different ways and may request specific preparation methods; my question was not meant to criticize anyone’s choice, but was a genuine concern about food quality and whether it would be acceptable to serve in that condition. Unfortunately, it was received as criticism rather than a sincere question. Rather than addressing the concern, the interaction became increasingly tense, and I suggested we leave and complete the order elsewhere. As we were leaving, a different employee—who identified herself as the manager—told us to “have the day you deserve.” Although we were already exiting, she threatened to call law enforcement if we did not leave and continued referring to us as “annoying.” What concerns me most is the response from management. A manager sets the tone for the business, and this response reflected hostility, dismissal, and intimidation rather than communication or resolution. She also refused to identify herself beyond stating she was “the manager.” I have attempted to contact corporate and the owner, John Straus, through multiple avenues without response. The lack of communication raises further concern about oversight at this location. Unfortunately, this experience reflects a deeper issue with leadership and customer service at this establishment. I would encourage others to consider alternative locations where professionalism and respect are prioritized.

    I have been trying to place an order for 3 days I have tried online and in app at first they just said payment failed contact customer service. I just went and used the chat bot to see why it didn't do anything. Then I tried again to see if it helped. the last 2 trys they took the order and my money and then immediately cancelled it. waiting for the refund nothing about this location specifically but they need to fix the online ordering.

    The short lady with brown hair working the front had an attitude problem and not sure if she is going thru something or just taking her frustrations out on someone. The lettuce was completely brown and the spinach was wilted and both looked old. When I asked if they had anymore lettuce the lady responded with a quick NO. I told her I wanted a salad and when I saw the lettuce and spinach I changed my mind. It was nasty. Her response when I said I didn't want a salad was, COOL! There was no apology at all about it. She didn't smile one bit and and was very dismissive as soon as I paid. This store needs to work on their professionalism and customer satisfaction!!!!!!!!
