  Since this is a drive-in so you pull into a stall and look at the menu and first when you wrote down your window your blasted with the loud radio... But when you're ready to order then you get a louder voice over the stall speaker. So you place your order and to me it's never really clear if I'm supposed to pay then or wait till someone comes out cuz sometimes I'm paying with cash or sometimes I pay with a credit card and I want to give a tip to the CarHop. (Even if you just round your order up to the nearest dollar it adds up for the car hops walking and in and out, especially in the heat of summertime and in the midwinter). So then you're waiting for your order and a lot of times it's pretty decent but once in a while it may take a couple minutes more than it seems it should... I really like Sonic's diet Cherry limeade with extra lime and ask them to squeeze.! Most of the time I'm satisfied if I get hot tater tots, and they're really really good with their cheese on it melted but eat them quick, they don't reheat real well at home in my opinion... I also like the Coney with onions, their onions are chopped just fried and they seem to always be fresh. As far as locations I can't say that I really like the one on Battlefield road here in Springfield better because when I pulled up to get the food once and I couldn't get it through my window so I backed up a little different my rear mirror got scraped by the ordering stall so I tried to talk to the manager and he claimed I shouldn't have parked so close to the one that had music coming from it so I could have heard the speaker in the CarHop better, instead of the whole situation not being handled right in the first place. Nobody wants to take responsibility for anything nowadays it seems many times... I've been to the Sonic on North Glenstone and I seem to get pretty good service there so I guess it depends on which Sonic you go to. My overall rating is a four because they don't care in to making sure the customer helps keeping them in business and wants to come back rather than and playing the music loud and making sure everybody talks loud and to me it seems like all you're going to keep doing is being loud you're never really going to accomplish anything in the long run!

  Ordered two burgers and a mozzarella stick, waited 27 minutes. My food was already made and Grayson decided to not bring it out to me. mind you, it was not busy, at all. About two weeks ago, Grayson did the same thing to me. You will have to press the button at least twice for him to bring the food out. He went to every car, every stall beside us. i have respect for food service workers, i work it as well, but he does not care about his job at all. On top of it, I got no sauce. Will not be back.

  Grayson doesn’t care about his job 2nd time I been here when he is running the front waited 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches both times, I sat there for 15 minutes seeing noone brining out orders, mind you there we’re maybe 3 cars there, never got an apology and my food was cold, worked at sonic before and your store will fail if you keep someone like him who just doesn’t care at all.

  Went around 4:30 yesterday to get something to eat … waited in a long line which is fine since dinner rush was about to happen… ordered my food and specifically asked for my jr bacon to have all the veggies and sauces added. Went to the window to pay and specifically asked a girl with long pink and white nails to confirm and make sure and said “can you make sure all the veggies, lettuce onion pickle -“ got cut off half way and she said “yes its on there…” well received my food and drive half way across town before i pulled it out of the bag and instantly was upset. There was nothing but what the jr bacon usually comes with on it. No veggies, no mayo, was a very bland sandwich and wasn’t going to drive all the way back to get it fixed. Threw half in the trash. Very disappointed when clearly asked to make sure it was made correctly only to be disrupted and confirming yes when even the receipt didn’t list the veggies that i asked for two times! Might return… just do better with details please.
