  I just came in about 20minutes ago grabbed two shakes and a mini blast and first it took forever for someone to answer which is FINE it was busy I’ve worked fast food I get it.! However the First Lady that took the order seemed like I was being an inconvenience by being there and ordering something, okay whatever no biggie, then the lady that brought me my stuff came out to hand me my items I tried to tell her that the screen didn’t allow me to pay wouldn’t even change screens and before I could say “I tried to pay” she immediately cut me off saying “I can take in in there” wouldn’t allow me to finish saying what I was trying to say I was not once rude very disappointed and I won’t be back to this location.

  Went around 4:30 yesterday to get something to eat … waited in a long line which is fine since dinner rush was about to happen… ordered my food and specifically asked for my jr bacon to have all the veggies and sauces added. Went to the window to pay and specifically asked a girl with long pink and white nails to confirm and make sure and said “can you make sure all the veggies, lettuce onion pickle -“ got cut off half way and she said “yes its on there…” well received my food and drive half way across town before i pulled it out of the bag and instantly was upset. There was nothing but what the jr bacon usually comes with on it. No veggies, no mayo, was a very bland sandwich and wasn’t going to drive all the way back to get it fixed. Threw half in the trash. Very disappointed when clearly asked to make sure it was made correctly only to be disrupted and confirming yes when even the receipt didn’t list the veggies that i asked for two times! Might return… just do better with details please.

  Amazing!!! I love this location! The workers are all so nice and they interact with my kids. Fast service great food and shakes!!! Plenty of parking and fast service!!

  I am sitting waiting now for 40 min for a couple of burgers they still haven't brought it out - I did check in! I saw their screen do the same "welcome back" greeting and it said they were getting nt ready- they then said "it was never checked". No sorries no nothing - 40min wait, and I checked twice with the location via the button on their screen and it wasn't until the second time that someone checked on the order. Literally saw the lot empty and fill back up. Frustrated beyond anything when the heat is triple digits and I'm running my car for almost an hour when someone just looked at food AND got a request to look into an order and nothing.
