  The service here is great. The drinks are great, as well as the burgers. But every time I've ordered a fried food from the menu (fries, cheddar bites, soft pretzel, etc), the oil tastes old. They need to change the oil in the fryers more often.

  Messed up a simple order and cost me an hours pay at 30hr and all o got was ... oh we're sorry we cant cant reimburse your wages just your meal. A 10$ meal... 30$

  This has got to be by far the worst location in Springfield. I stopped on my way to work at 6pm so prime dinner time. Ordered 3 cheesy Baja chicken wraps and the chicken was old, dry and inedible. Unfortunately, this happens all the time at this location and management doesn't seem to care.

  This Sonic is the slowest of any “fast food” place I have ever been. My order has been wrong so many times. The one time I let the manager know, he said he could not adjust my order to make it right because I couldn’t prove it. Seriously? When you’re busy and already waited entirely too long for your order, then get back to work late, needing to hurry up and eat, the last thing you are thinking is return and let them know they forgot the bacon. This is a Sonic problem. When franchises tie up manager’s hands, they are taking a cop-out. They don’t have to deal with the backlash- the managers do! Food service is thankless enough. Give these employees the support, staff, and training they deserve to meet customers’ needs and expectations. And trust your managers to make judgment calls to keep customers happy and coming back.
