  Was getting late and decided we wanted a shake.. which was really good, but there was only maybe a handful of h.s./ college students setting out on a table but it took 30 minutes to get one shake a piece for 3 of us. Way too long

  My fiancée waited for thirty minutes for tater tots. Then when she got her order they didn’t put her sauce in the bag. When she asked for the sauce, they said no. Sonic has been the worst run fast food restaurant for years. Truly miraculous that they haven’t gone out of business. Hopefully enough people will leave bad reviews that they will shut down and we can get an actual functional restaurant in its place.

  I would have given 5 stars but the guy that brought everything out was extremely rude and the drinks lids were barely on so I got tea all over me it was so bad the whole bottom of the drink carrier was drenched but I gave a 4 bcuz Alyssa was incredibly sweet and apologetic taking great care of us! So it's a 5 for her specifically!!!

  I don’t know what has happened to Sonic as a chain, but every time I’ve gone for the past couple years the experience has been terrible. Mainly because the speed of service is abysmal. No one should spend 10-20 minutes in the drive thru of a fast food restaurant. I’ve been to Sonics in multiple states and every single one has the same problem. The name Sonic has become very ironic at this point. I will not be visiting a Sonic again.

  Waited a loooong time for food when it was very slow maybe 4 cars total. So I thought at least my food would be hot right? Nope. All food cold but my kids corn dog. And my vanilla Dr Pepper didn't taste like vanilla at all. Complete let down. Car hop was nice and friendly though.
