  Ordered an all american hot dog with just ketchup and mustard. I received a hot dog with relish and onions, when I pushed the bottom again, I told Rivr about it. He said I could keep the old one and he’ll be out with the new order.. it’s been about 30 min ago. I know it’s been a little busy with drive through customers, but ketchup and mustard hot dog shouldn’t take that long.. :/

  Employees here were super rude and prioritized drive-ups over walk-ups. They told us it would be a 10min wait. No big deal we just walked here. I ask for a cranberry slush add lemon and they rang it up right at first then for some reason changed it to lemonade add cranberry. When the cashier brought it out I tried to ask her if this drink was a cranberry slush and she said "idk I didn't make it" while walking back inside. I was trying to let her know what I ordered and they gave me the wrong thing by mistake. She brings out a cranberry slush with no lemon and says "here you go sorry, you can keep the other one" she was so rude and gave me not a single chance to talk to her. On top of that they were extremely unprofessional. Three employees were goofing off and chatting with a customer, one of them inappropriately said to the customer "mam we don't serve homeless people" which is super rude and offensive.... Then they say "super sonic slaves" while walking back into the store. Three employees were involved a short chunky blonde girl. An average size bubbly brown haired girl. And a chubby boy with long brown hair. I would give you there names if I could.

  We went for shakes and a M&M Blast without whip cream. We gave them this order twice and definitely made sure of no whip cream on the blast. We were told $11.60 and gave them $20.60, but when another went to give us the change she handed us $7 and some change. We told her that wasn’t correct because we gave the exact change with a $20 bill. She tried to show us the change and we explained 3 times that we gave the exact change with a 20$ bill. She closed the window and then came back and said , sorry the money on the counter wasn’t my change. Then after that was fixed she handed us the shakes and we noticed the M&M hand whip cream on it after telling them several times without whip cream. Then someone else came to the window asking what was wrong and we told them we ordered the blast without whip cream and this has it on. They said we will make another for you while somebody else came to the window and asked for this one back. We said fine because we only wanted the two shakes anyway. Then within a few seconds they came back and handed us a “new one”. We looked at and all they did was scraped off the whip cream and never made a new one. We told them this and they told us that’s not true because they had just made a new one. My sister and I both looked at it and each other and disagreed with that statement but knew they had no plans to fix it again so we left furious and decided to place this review to let others know how they really treat there customers. You could even taste the whip cream when we tried to eat it and I have never been somewhere that didn’t care if the order was correct or not. I can’t eat whip cream and I definitely know it was only scraped off because I was sick due to health issues when I do eat it.

  I haven't enjoyed myself outside a sonic for years until today! They got it going on in the right direction bringing families together by bringing self-care happy place vibes mixed with relaxing gates to keep the crowd small and under closer watch while kids play and parents reconnect giving children a positive environment to enjoy keeping everyone decompressed and relaxed while enjoying an American favorite of shakes, burgers, and other delicious snacks! As for the service its one of the better places we can get excellent family friendly guest service without feeling bothered by enjoying the day out! Keep it up i can tell a good turnaround is on the way!

  I ordered a grape crème slush . Key word : CRÈME every time I come to the location off commercial I kindly remind them to please ensure that the crème to slush ratio is what it should be because well for 1. That’s the way it comes and the way u want 2. Because it’s extra to get it with ice cream . If I just wanted a grape slush I would get it that way . So again reminded them to please ensure it’s done correctly, and it comes out pretty much a watered down grape slush and a splash of crème . I had also added cherries which was 0.60 and they had 5 or so on the top but when I got it back remade it had one single cherry . When I asked about that she said well cherries are expensive. The workers and the managers are rude , lazy and tbh get stressed out if there’s 2 people in the drive through and a few in the stalls . I couldn’t imagine them in a real stressful experience . Smh if you are miserable stop working with customers . I pay 5.60 for a medium drink I expect it to be what it’s supposed to be .
