  This location has gone downhill recently. My husband I have been coming here for years because it’s convenient. However, the last few times we’ve come here it’s been terrible. Our food or drinks haven’t been made right the past 5+ visits and staff have made it feel like an inconvenience to them when we ask for the order to be corrected. Sometimes it’s the wrong sauce on a burger, sometimes drinks are made without the requested flavor, and sometimes it’s not even the right product. Overall it’s just sad to see what was once a great location lean into a downward spiral.

  We typically have good experiences at this Sonic and honestly go here more than we should because we love the drinks. I’m sure this is out of everyone’s hands at the store level, but we use the app because, well, the prices are really high. I have installed, deleted, reinstalled, and all the tricks because the app doesn’t work more than it does. I asked the carhop if I could prove I have the app and get the half price deal and was told no. Other places that offer discounts for loyal customers will typically honor things like that, so it would be really great, since the app has so many issues, if the stores would honor this.
