  We typically have good experiences at this Sonic and honestly go here more than we should because we love the drinks. I’m sure this is out of everyone’s hands at the store level, but we use the app because, well, the prices are really high. I have installed, deleted, reinstalled, and all the tricks because the app doesn’t work more than it does. I asked the carhop if I could prove I have the app and get the half price deal and was told no. Other places that offer discounts for loyal customers will typically honor things like that, so it would be really great, since the app has so many issues, if the stores would honor this.

  It wasn't beyond terrible, yet it wasn't the greatest either... My wife and I had two debit cards.. end up charging both of them on one card.

  Our carhop had great customer service and was super patient with us, unfortunately our order was continuously made wrong. The ocean water tasted like just sprite even after being remade (was originally just blue colored water), Our other slush had to be remade as well, and my shake came as a blizzard. At this point I felt bad and left with what we were given. Please train your crew and make sure they are comfortable in their position before stuff like this keeps happening.
