  Somehow the order messed up, went back to get it fixed and told order a heads can't be fixed, some crappy customer service, won't be coming back to this sonic, I'll go to a different one that I know I don't have issues with

  Inquired about the $2 off the next visit. Was told by a lady who said she was the only carhop that they aren’t doing that anymore, and that they just haven’t taken down the signs yet. A short time later, another employee was wiping down the order boards and I asked her if it was true, because it seemed suspicious that they would continue to advertise a deal which they no longer honor. Turns out the carhop lied, they do honor this, and will give you a coupon for $2 off if you ask the right employee. So if the first person you ask lies and says they don’t do that, just keep your eyes out for any other employee. Eventually you will get to someone who will give you the coupon.

  Many reasons a 1 at this location , for starters i had the grossest chili dog presentation so i tossed in trash . I wouldn’t feed to my dogs . Another incident cold food and undercooked hamburger patty . Last draw for me to make a post on here a hole in my drinking cup that made a mess in cupholder spewed out rolling on console and sides of my seats . The bottom was tampered or just , husband received it noticing a few drips just thought who filled it was being sloppy . Looked to be tampered or poor quality made ,my husband didn’t tip paying by card , although gave the guy a $4 tip cash for a $20 amount which for a carhop in my opinion is generous . If he purposely did this, shame on him! Just want others to be aware if you have had or have this issue .Fyi the store offered a free drink and cooperate offered a free slushie , really a slap in the face for a tea all over and mess that took 30 minutes to clean up . Sonics shows no respect to their buyers with an incident like this .
