  The servers are great, and very friendly. However, the kitchen staff may need some additional training. Everytime I order a burger here, it is cold and it’s evident by the cheese thrown on it not being even partly melted. The breakfast burritos are mostly tortilla with a sliver of burnt, old egg 😬 . The chicken strips on the chicken wraps are cold and hard. I don’t know if letting patties and chicken strips sit at room temperature for long periods of time is a cost cutting technique encouraged by managers or just untrained cooks?

  Online it tells you that shakes are half price after 8pm. When you order that is not the case and they will tell you that they are not doing it this summer (2026) Thanks Sonic

  Don't know why I have to keep asking for marinara with my mozzarella sticks like who doesn't eat marinara with mozzarella sticks. Come on, guys, just put it in the bag.

  I ordered my son and daughter a Frito burrito and when we opened the bag when we got home they had only gave us one but charged us for 2. Since we ordered the junior size they could both only have a tiny bit before it was gone. Great job sonic for not doing your job!
