  I ordered my son and daughter a Frito burrito and when we opened the bag when we got home they had only gave us one but charged us for 2. Since we ordered the junior size they could both only have a tiny bit before it was gone. Great job sonic for not doing your job!

  Food is always hot and fresh. Employees are always friendly and very helpful! This is my favorite Sonic in Springfield

  Got a regular sausage burrito this morning but the thing is. I only got 2 little pieces of sausage throughout the entire thing. So just egg, cheese and a tortilla is what I paid for. Good thing I had a coupon or else I would have been more disgruntled.

  FIX YOUR DOORDASH MENU, DUMMY. THERE ARE NO SIDE ITEMS. It has been like this for weeks, did you not notice you stopped selling any side items on DoorDash?

  Girl taking order was inept. I ordered #4 hold the onions, #3 burger only. She said #3 was combo only. It was not. Charged for extra drink. After 3 times repeating my order, I received #4 with onions, no lettuce, tomatoes and pickles. I called back, she didn't understand. She brought another burger, hot, but raw inside. Nice girl, not her line of work!! Signed, Dr. W
