  Love the fried chicken, if they’d just keep some on the buffet. We went there for dinner. They collect your money at the door, then the buffet is empty. There’s a scattered piece of pizza here and there, two chicken wings in the tray, no mashed potatoes, and clumpy sausage gravy that’s been in the warmer since the Eisenhower administration. When I asked them to put out food the over-worked clerk busily ringing people in just said “in a minute.” How hard is it to have an employee assigned to keep the buffet stocked? Pizza Ranch understaffs intentionally. They have one person running the register and the buffet. They have food sitting behind the counter in the warming cabinets. They just don’t have staff dedicated to keeping the buffet stocked. This is a chronic problem. I decided tonight I am done giving them second and third chances. We won’t go back. You probably shouldn’t plan on eating here.

  It took me almost 40 minutes to find the location which it said it was on the North end of the mall which is incorrect it is on the south side of the mall. I was meeting with a network group which I was there 30 minutes early but it took me nearly 40 minutes to find so I was late.

  Arrived at 12;50 pm I gave service 2 stars because they replaced the dried out chicken when asked unfortunately the new batch was not much better. The stuffing and potatoes were boxed and cold as was the gravy. The biscuits were hard and there were no other veggies. The middle part of t he chocolate chip cookie was edible and good. It was wasted money I left feeling sick and hungry. I will not return

  Went on Sunday at 5pm the food that was on the buffet was old and needed refreshed. Pizzas were dry and could tell they had been there for a while. The salad was old and brown. Eggs not chopped just left whole. All salad items were chopped inn big chunks. We did request a pizza and that was very good. But I shouldn’t have to request to get fresh hot food. It is a buffet so we come here for variety but that was not an option yesterday. I like this place so please do better.

  We ate here last night 9/14 and I'm pretty sure the food quality is getting worse by the visit. The chicken strips are way too salty. The pizza on the buffet was barely room temp. You could tell it had been there a while. The cheese bread was tough and hard to chew. The only thing I got that tasted good was some mashed potatoes, gravy and ice cream. I'm sure we won't be back for a while.
