  Ordered 2 of the My Hut Boxes. Both with melts and boneless wings. The wings were so hard we could hardly try a bite. The melts, awful! Did not look like the pictures at all! Mostly cheese with 1+ pepperoni and barley any crust - which was almost burnt, 2 -3 inch triangle. I would be so embarrassed if someone made me give that to a paying customer! I have pictures but can't find how to post on it on here. Needless to say they both went in the trash. I didn't return because they probably would of done something to our food for complaining ( it happens everyday at different eating establishments) especially like here where you can't see them make everything. It's a shame most young adults don't take pride in their jobs. We definitely WILL NOT be back!

  There was a mistake with my order and I had to wait for them to make a new pizza and Ryan was so thoughtful and helpful and we had a great conversation while I was waiting, and I would choose this Pizza Hut over any other in Springfield and the surrounding area. Thanks Ryan you made my experience great!!!!

  I got the garlic Parmesan wings and they were delicious. I ordered them on the app and they said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I got there in less than 10 and it was hot and ready for me. I will definitely be back.

  Ordered through app, picked up pizza. Toppings were wrong, crust was not great ended up not being able to eat it.
