  The manager Willam was unprofessional when I asked about wait time on a pickup order and proceeded to kick me out the store after telling me A MINUTE . Then when I asked exactly how long he gave me more attitude.I reported him to corporate. I’d recommend firing him before he starts a problem he can’t finish with the wrong customer.

  Extremely disappointed with the service here. Especially the manager william . He is not at all ready to take any order, then why the hell is he in service section. He is rude and mean.

  Extremely disappointed with the customer service we received. We visited the store around 11:35 PM and ended up walking out because of how poorly we were treated. One employee in particular was rude, dismissive, and showed absolutely no patience. When I asked for a menu, he told me they didn’t have one available and said we should order online or check the menu online and “come back later.” I then politely asked for 5 minutes to look up the menu on my phone, but instead of helping, he responded with “No thank you.” The attitude and lack of basic courtesy were unacceptable. Definitely one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. Zero stars for service.

  Worst customer service ever. Extremely disappointed. We visited the store at 11:30pm & felt very disappointed thus walked out of the store. Zero stars for customer service. The employee was rude and dismissive, refusing to give us a moment to check the menu or respond. Terrible attitude and zero patience for one particular employee who attended on us i.e., William.

  Manager discriminated against me for having a service animal. I am disabled and have a service animal (that I have an ESA letter for) and the manager got angry at me then said that my dog can't be in the restaurant. I responded by saying that my dog is my emotional support animal (helps me with depression and a whole heap of problems) and even told him that I can show him proof which he ignored. After he took my order, he told me to take my animal outside even though, according to the ADA, I'm allowed to bring her (my dog) with me into restaurants. I waited outside and when he went out to give me my order, he rudely shoved it in my hand. After I reported what happened, he lied about me receiving an apology. If you are disabled, don't let scumbags like this push you around. I don't even want to know what he'll say to someone in a wheelchair with a service animal. If you think I'm lying, bring your service animal to this location. I'm considering contacting a news outlet to make this incident public. The manager needs to be terminated before he makes someone with an anxiety disorder have a panic attack. Edit: It would seem that William (manager) has a history of unprofessionalism and I think the only way to get Papa John's to fire him is via legal action (discriminating against the disabled). Please contact any type of lawfirm with William's behavior documented to see if you can take legal action (emotional distress, discrimination) since Papa John's doesn't want to fire someone this aggressive even though it's bad for business.
