    Went here as the kids wanted to. Service was great. Food was as expected for a chain steak house. Unfortunately, on our way out, we found a 2-3 inch slug. My son ordered one of those Shirley temples with the cherry juice (grenadine?) Inside a plastic shark toy. He left his shark behind and we went back to get it and found the slug. Alive, coming out of the shark. I had already paid and left a review from the kiosk thing on the table. I told the hostess she could find it visibly on a cloth napkin on our table. She offered to get the manager. I just didn't have it In me. 2 autistic children at the end of supper out, so we just left. Gross. So gross. Didn't even take a picture. But so unbelievably gross.

    What. Outback set the Standard on the Steakhouse game!!! We came out tonight for dinner and they are not playing!!!! Everything was absolutely perfect!!! My steak, skrimps, baked potato, and Caesar salad were all made to perfection 👌 Amazing 👏 staff and a wonderful environment. Not freezing cold. Super clean and family friendly!!! Nice bar area!!! Love ❤️ this place!!! Pack them out!!! Nobody is doing it better!!! I've tried them all!!! Great food, Amazing 👏 price!!! Mmmmmm and the butter just melts on the bread 🍞 OMG!! Wow 👌

    We went there several months ago and absolutely enjoyed our experience. So two weeks ago we decided to go back. And boy was it such a disappointment. We were craving the blooming onion, and so we decided to go there for date night. When we got there, the place was like a ghost town. It took five minutes before somebody came from the back of the kitchen to come seat us. She apologized, and we brushed it off as no big deal because things happen. She seated us and told us our server would be with us shortly. 20 minutes later, not a single person came near our table, nor did anybody take our drink order. We waited about five more minutes before finally just leaving and going somewhere else who was able to accommodate us. What was more frustrating, was as we were leaving, it seemed like all the employees were just at the hostess desk talking. I honestly don’t think anybody even noticed we were leaving. Such a disappointment, and we will probably not be back.

    I had my food delivered because I do not have transportation I left a specific note for my food to be well done. I then received bloody raw steaks and when I called they said they could replace them immediately but that was all they could do otherwise I can take it up with doordash it is not doordash's fault they had no way of knowing and if I had transportation to go exchange it immediately I would have just picked it up for myself to begin with. And I have no option of leaving a picture of my bloody steaks

    Stopped by on a whim . Was headed to Golden Corral ( should’ve went there ) but they were packed . So hadn’t been to any outback since 2011 and now I remember why. 6:55pm 6/14/26 Walked in 3 top . Was immediately informed by the hostess “ We have no tables available, it’s gonna be awhile , unless I talk to the servers “ She walked away , I am counting the open clean tables that could seat 3 people. There were 30 open tables . Hostess came back , took our name and phone #. 10 minutes later we did get a table. We just about walked out, based on the interaction with the young blonde hostess . There may have been 6 other tables at that time. If you have no servers available, why not say that , instead of you have no open tables . Sat down, waitress came quickly, retrieved drinks and appetizers order. Very pleasant person. Received bread and then took our main entree order. Bread was amazing and soft Manager or someone that looked like manager checked on us , we received our appetizers Blooming onion. Crispy, well seasoned, with the blooming sauce . Asked for ranch and did receive ranch . Mozzarella sticks . Gooey pulling cheese . Well cooked . The so called marinara sauce was not “sauce” it was an extremely thick clumpy paste . (See pic) Couldn’t dip if we wanted too . Very disappointing Salad garden - nothing great and nothing abnormal- just a normal salad Blue cheese pecan chopped salad . Good concept, good amount . However , it was so over dressed with the vinaigrette that it was dripping off the fork and puddled under the salad . Made for a soggy extra tangy mess . 3 sirloins each with shrimp 2 coconut and 1 grilled All steaks were cooked to a perfect medium rare . However , the seasoning on them , black pepper or something was so THICK AND OVER POWERING . We had to scrape it off. Couldn’t even enjoy a bite as the seasoning was burning our tongues . And we eat spicy Mexican a lot but this was horrid . Loaded mashed potatoes were good. Fries were cooked crispy and seasoned well . Bacon Mac and cheese was done nicely, with lots of creamy sauce Coconut shrimp and grilled shrimp cooked to perfection . The sauce was extra sweet We tried the parm corn as an Additional side . Was very disappointed. Sounded good and looked good. But a very off putting flavor we tasted . Wasn’t the parm cheese. Something added to the corn that was just nasty. No one in the 3 top liked it. The server did check to see how we liked it, we expressed our opinion and she took it off the bill without us asking too. We would’ve paid for it, because we wanted to try it . It was a very nice gesture . She tried to up sell desserts, but we politely declined and asked for boxes Togo . Overall The waitstaff service was great, even seeing the manager in a blue shirt serving food and checking in on guests was great . The dissatisfaction was with the hostess upon entry And the food being overly seasoned . This town has better options. Unfortunately we will not be back again . At least for another 10 years
