  I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but this experience was disappointing\. I rode my e\-bike to this McDonald’s and ordered a chicken sandwich meal, which was supposed to come with fries and chicken nuggets, along with a chocolate shake\. When I got home, I realized my order was missing the chicken nuggets, and I only had the chicken sandwich and a small fry\. I went back to the restaurant and politely explained that my order was wrong and asked if I could get a refund\. I was told they couldn’t refund the missing item, which didn’t make sense to me because the mistake wasn’t mine\. After that, I called the restaurant to speak with a manager\. The first time I called, I was sent to voicemail\. The second time, I explained what happened, and the person who answered said, “Let me see what I can do,” but then the call was disconnected before the issue was resolved\. Mistakes happen, and I understand that\. What disappointed me most was how difficult it was to get the problem fixed\. I hope this location improves its customer service so future customers don’t have the same experience\.

  Is it bad? Yeah, it's bad. It's really bad. It's so close to my house I could almost walk to it and I'm giving up going there again. That's how bad. I've been there well over a dozen times. Every time is a circus to a varying degree. I don't recall ever being there that something wasn't wrong. Either a long wait time (around 7-10 min AFTER ordering) or a really long wait time (15-25 min after ordering), being given a happy meal toy from the WRONG series and then told it couldn't be exchanged for my son, being forgotten altogether, having them give my food to someone else, having to go inside to get something exchanged, being told I ordered wrong when what actually happened was I was given the wrong thing, and, tonight's latest fiasco: I wanted a mango refresher and my hub was out. He ordered on and they gave him a watermelon refresher at the window. He told them that was not what he ordered. The person (who clearly has never heard of customer service) said, "I already made it." She then stared at him. So I wound up with an almost $5 drink I don't want. Yeah. I'm done now. I will go to the one on Independence from now on. Night & day. I have absolutely no idea why a brand new MacDonalds can have such horrible training of their workers. I worked at MacDonalds as a kid and I can tell you, it was nothing NOTHING like this. Sad. I am unusual in the fact that I tolerate long wait times. I don't mind them. But you start giving me attitude and I am OUT. I wish my old manager, Dan Greene, was working at this MacDonalds (he's in other food service or retired now). This kind of thing would NEVER have happened, much less happen every day. I can complain about employees, but when it comes down to it, this is a management issue: pure and simple.

  Third time trying this location and nothing but disappointment. Order the Cesar bacon Mc crispy....no bacon no lettuce no sauce... just chicken, a pickle and bun. Not one to complain but when you get the order that wrong....and the response was ... umm sorry ...so please avoid this location. Maybe corporate will shut them down or they'll learn how to actually operate their business.

  This is the worst McDonald’s ever , I went once and they messed up my order , I called today because I want a certain toy and they said they had it C I went there and they said they don’t , I asked which toy they had and they said the didn’t know when it’s so easy to look at the box!. Every other McDonald’s has been so helpful and nice !.
