- TWTyler Wimsatt6 days ago2.0It doesn’t matter if I put the order in on the app, or order in the drive thru, food is never ready in a timely manner. Making me late to work because I have a tight schedule to work with. The app should speed this up but these workers never have it even remotely ready. 5-10 minutes of waiting in the “third window” watching cars leave around me…what about my order is so hard to get out, everyone gets decent service but I’m always waiting triple the time of everyone else. Then to think a couple pies might make things better…are those supposed to be for my boss so he doesn’t care if I’m late..no, speed it up, pay attention to the mobile orders and prep whatever is being ordered AHEAD!
