- SEShaya Erickson2 days ago2.0We have ordered from this location a handful of times, as it is easy to stop at on our way home from sports. I usually do an online order for pickup, and it is usually fine, sometimes a wait, but no big deal. The cleanliness is okay, nothing great. My BIG complaint, is the way the baked bread is handled. I went in tonight with an online order placed, there was a wait, which is fine. However, the baked bread is placed on a bread rack. Only the top two racks had bread on them when I was there. When the bread is stuck to the tray they take a dough scraper and reach over top the bread and knock it free from the back. No big deal, minus the fact the front of the loaf goes right into their uncovered arms and armpits. I know they were a few orders deep, and I am sure that it's a small thing they don't think about, but had I not already placed an online order, I would have walked out. There needs to be a different way of dealing with the cooked bread if this is the norm.

My cookie was a little hard, but the cashier actually ran out to my truck to bring me a new one! Now THAT is customer service! 👏 Great food, great service, and definitely worth risking my digestive system for! 😂 My only complaint is that I wish you guys had a location closer to home. I’d probably be there way too often! 🥪❤️
