  They need new bags. They tear easily. I went to pick up my bag and carry it inside and the sandwiches fell out the bottom and onto the ground. There are pickles and lettuce on my driveway now...

  I was in a bind….I needed a pretty large order for a graduation party. I went to order it on the mobile app and it said they really would like to have 24 hour notice. I needed it in an hour. I called the store and without hesitation the gentleman that answered said they would take care of it. They had my food ready to walk out the door in less than 30 minutes. Unfortunately I didn’t catch either of the two gentlemen that were working names but they really came through in a pinch and saved the day! (My pickup was on Sunday 5/17/26). 10/10 would recommend calling if you ever find yourself in a self induced pinch because of procrastination.

  The worst Jimmy Johns I ever Eaten at it didn't have no flavor they charged me I didn't like the Turkey it tasted like Aldi's or Walmart turkey will never eat. Here again

  Possibly the worst sandwich i’ve had from a Jimmy Johns… Drove all the way home after ordering a carry out to dry/stale bread, dry vegetables, and to make it worse, i ordered extra DRY turkey which they forgot to add… Also forgot the mayo but at no surprise at all… for a whopping $12. In this economy??? I’ll eat at home…
