  We got the mahi tacos and bison burger - both were fantastic! We also got the potsticker carnitas - so so good and we asked for more of the sauce for our fries. We didn't hesitate to get the chocolate cheesecake and it did not disappoint! But best of all was Danielle, who served with a smile and was such a gem!

  Recently stopped by here for lunch and had a great experience all around. Not only was the food absolutely delicious, the service provided by my server Xavier was exemplary. He was very friendly and attentive and made sure that I was well taken care of. I will definitely be returning in the near future! Wonderful food and wonderful staff!!

  From the moment I walked in I knew it was going to be a good experience. I was seated promptly and introduced to my server Xavier. The Bass pro environment speaks for itself but you can tell they have an excellent staff they pick carefully to enhance the experience. Xavier was knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. He provided suggestions and complimentary pairings with items on the menu that I found to work perfectly. The typical upsell you experience for dessert was instead a friendly suggestion with no pressure options. I enjoyed the fried pickles, mahi-mahi tacos, sweet potato fries and a delicious brownie with ice cream skillet that top to the meal off perfectly. From the service, the prices and the ambience I was impressed all the way around. I will definitely return and recommend Hemingways.

  Our family of 25 celebrated a milestone birthday. Juanita was great to answer all my questions ahead of time, placing our group on the patio for a lovely evening. Ashley and JoAnna serviced our group so well! Thanks, Hemingway’s for letting our cray-cray hang out for a few hours to feast and celebrate one we love!

  If I could give this place zero stars I would. We ordered calamari, Crab crusted redfish, clam chowder, and a mocktail. Almost everything was actually awful. The best part about our meal was the mocktail. The calamari was good but for $14.25 I expect more than 9 small rings of calamari. The Crab crusted redfish was so underwhelming, dry, and bland. I dont know if they knew the definition of “blackened” because that fish was barely seasoned, the crab crusted part of the dish was literally fried crab patties that was somehow soggy and tasted like they got it frozen from Walmart. How they managed to make the fish dry but the green beans undercooked was beyond me. Mind you this dish is 37 dollars… the clam chowder was the worst part of all of it. It was so salty and had an overwhelming taste of clam, it taste like they got caned clams and made clam chowder out of it. Good calm chowder should not have an overwhelming fishy clammy taste. Like how you know if a fish smells too fishy it’s probably bad. It was literally inedible. We hadn’t ate anything in 6 hours but 30 mins after eating this trash it gave us mild food poisoning. We payed 82 dollars and left hungry with a mild stomach ache. A good server would have asked why we barely ate any of our food when we just stopped eating and waited for our check. Like literally i took too bites of this clam chowder, yes bites cuz it was clumpy and that thick. She took that “soup” full and never thought to ask why. This place was empty its not like she had any tables to go and see. The picture included was the Blackened crab crusted redfish and how much of it was left on the plate that we did not eat. Literally big biscuit and Cracker Barrel is better than this place.
