The coffee was OK nothing to rave about but the experience made it the only visit we will be paying them. Very poorly constructed when there are already far too many chain coffee shops to choose from

Loved them on the west coast. The state of Washington would be so disappointed, me too if you like cold sugary drinks you will probably be happy.
- LMLolo MarrMay 29, 20265.0The layout is somewhat confusing, as there are stores between the storefront and the drive thru, so the drive thru looks like it belongs to jimmy John’s at first look. The app also told me I had to park and go up to the storefront window to pick up my order, which isn’t true as I went through the drive thru. I understand they have no control of that. The two young ladies working were very nice. You also get your first drink free if you set up an account through the app! Coffee tastes great too, smooth and not too sweet (I got the Golden Eagle). The mediums are the same size as a Starbucks venti (large) and about $2 cheaper.

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
