  Website hard to understand. No way to order more than four dozen. West Chestnut St store said they had no donuts that day!?!?

  Was in the area & stopped by to pick up breakfast, wish I would’ve read the reviews. I’ve never experienced such rude customer service before. One of the things I ordered was a sweet tea, wasn’t sweet & tasted like garbage. Politely asked for something else but they said it was already rang up & wouldn’t switch it out for me. They rudely told me like 5 times if I don’t like it I can add sugar, if I wanted to do that I would have ordered unsweetened. Then I asked to purchase a different drink & they were really short with me. So I threw it in the trash & went somewhere else for a drink. Also, the donut holes were hardly coated in icing & my coffees weren’t the best either.. even with mixing it all I was getting was sugar from the bottom. Everyone knows sugar only dissolves in hot drinks not already iced “sweet” tea or iced coffee. Didn’t want to waste any more of my time there as no one seemed to know what they were doing. Card terminal was broken at the register & it took 2-3 people to figure out to just ring me up at the drive through. Waste of money. This place gives Dunkin’ a terrible reputation.

  I just love this Dunkin! They weren’t lying when they said America runs on Springfield Dunkin! The Baskin-Robbins is spectacular too! Donuts

  Placed an order on the app. Ordered a tea, and 25ct munchkins. When we arrived I was told they were out of the munchkins but had my tea ready. I was also told they are unable to refund me, and we had to go into the app to request a refund. Unfortunately the order was done as a guest. Hoping they would have a better solution. We were told to just google corporates number. It’s a shame that when we called corporate they just happened to be closed. Very disappointing. Now I’m out donuts, and money as well. I was so looking forward to trying a Dunkin donut as this was my first time ordering it. Seems like this is the last as well. To make matters worse the sweet tea smelled really bad, and tasted just as bad. I never want to go back to this location as I don’t trust their ability to fulfill my order.

  Headed to work and decide "Hey, I normally dont eat breakfast but today, TODAY, I feel like I would love a bacon and egg croissant!" After 5 minutes in line they finally hand the car in front of me a drink. Hmmm anyway wait another 3 minutes, pay and drive off. I arrive at the office aaaaaand...I get a bagel. I HATE BAGELS. No offense if you like them, not for me. Is it really that hard to distinguish between a croissant and bagel? The item in the bag was a plain bagel as well, no egg, no bacon. Plain. It was going right in the trash anyway but had to mention that observation. I guess I will continue the streak of no breakfast and never go back to this Dunkin again. Ever.
