Terrible food, couldn't get the coffee order correct and then when I talked to the manager he was so rude and then tried to be a jerk as we walked out the door. I will never go back. The food was undercooked, the coffee tasted like crap and the service was absolutely awful!
- SBSophia BerubeSep 28, 20261.0Morning crew is excellent love this location but just came in with the night crew…worst experience ever got ice creams and a donut..one employee put her whole hand bare fingers to open the donut paper before placing the donut in so DEFINITELY will not be eating that..disgusting the other employee did our ice creams fine but customer service was awful did not want to be there at all and was mopping two hours before closing so we wasn’t sure if they just wanted to leave asap or what but my gosh worst crew at this location
- IRIsabelle RamseySep 23, 20261.0Will probably never visit this location again. I used to love stopping here before work around 6/7 am and it usually isn't busy and service was very friendly. However, I'm not sure if they've just stopped caring or transition of staff, but they've been very unfriendly lately. I stop by about once a week through the drive thru and no matter what, the employee will hand me my drink and breakfast and slam the door in my face without even saying anything. I waited at the window as the only car in the drive thru just to ask the employee for a straw. Both employees made eye contact with me but I sat at the window for several minutes while they both ignored me. I have worked in customer service for years and I understand that working with the public can be difficult, but I really think a few moments of kindness could go a long way.

Taylor took care of me and my children exhaust on my king and she was absolutely wonderful. Thank you for being so sweet and so patient with me and my children! ❤️

However this afternoon I was waiting in the drive through for almost 25-30 minutes for two drinks and a hash brown, the lady in front of me had one drink. Not really sure why it took that long and it definitely made me reconsider if I’ll go again… it may just be the people working at that time since typically I don’t have this issue.
