This store is ALWAYS out of stock on multiple things. That’s not always in anyone’s control but the employee I dealt with today needs some customer service training. She was less than unhelpful with trying to figure out substitutes for a syrup they were out of, just looked at me like I should know what they have in stock. Almost forgot some of my food and seemed put out that she had to go get the item that I paid for…
I’m not asking for sunshine and rainbows because I understand customer service is not always the most fun. But at least be friendly and helpful, I feel like that’s not too much to ask.

I stopped by Dunkin around 5:30 PM on Saturday to order a drink and asked for the Very Cherry Daydream Refresher. When I got to the drive-thru window to pay, the employee handed me the wrong drink. I politely let him know about the mistake, and he rolled his eyes and mumbled, “I’m gonna have to make a new one.”
When he handed me the corrected drink, I said “thank you,” but he immediately slammed the drive-thru window shut without saying anything. I told him I didn’t appreciate the rude behavior, as the interaction felt very disrespectful and unprofessional. After a long day at work, I was simply hoping to enjoy. I hope management takes customer service more seriously so future customers are treated with more kindness and respect. Unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location again.
