Wish I could give 0 stars…. I placed a mobile order to be picked up on my way to work this morning 5/16 just before 0530. When I arrived to the location, the lights were out and no one answered the speaker other than the automatic greeting when I pulled up. I checked the hours again on the Dunkin app and Google Maps which both agreed the store was to be open at 0500 each day. When I pulled around to the window after waiting for a few mins, I had to knock to get someone’s attention and was greeted with annoyance. I explained I had placed an online order. The person informed me they were not open yet and would not be open for several more mins. I explained I had already paid online. They again explained they were not to be open yet. I then explained their hours online show they are open. They said they could not help me with that. I drove away and never got my order, so I need a refund at a minimum. And the employee needs better training.

Its ok I got a refresher and the did it wrong I asked for lemonade but the put sparkling water in it and I dont like sparkling water and I also got 2 wakeup wraps and I asked for 1 bacon and 1 sausage but they gave me 2 sausage and they were not hot they were dry

This Dunkin’ Donuts never has donuts… How this location is out of every single donut. Every single day. No matter what time it is. It’s very frustrating, especially when you mobile order ahead. When you get to the window they will tell you they don’t have the donuts you want. Then when you ask for replacements, they don’t have any donuts to give you.

This place should never have the word donut anywhere near it because they never have any donuts near the location. It doesn’t matter if you go first thing in the morning or midday, they never have donuts nor do they act like they even know what a donut is when you ask them what flavors they have. I placed a mobile order for two donuts and when we got up to the window, the girl said they don’t have those, so we asked what they do have and she replies with “I don’t know” then proceeds to say that they don’t have any donuts except glazed. So we asked to just replace it with a glazed donut, she then comes back and says they don’t have ANY glazed either. If you’re wanting Dunkin’ Donuts or anything from them, feel free to just go ahead and save yourself the trouble and go to the next location, if you go here you will end up sitting on the phone with customer service for 35 minutes with no donuts.
