    It was my Mom's first time there and we didn't know what we wanted. The girls working there were so patient and friendly plus the service was quick (once we decided)!

    Great people but incredibly slow. If you see more than two cars in the morning, go somewhere else! They really do struggle here to move the line.

    Today's june fifteenth twenty twenty six. Even though donuts are delicious we all know.It's the most unhealthy food, but I had a craving for a boston cream so I went over to panera and got my free coffee and the sip club.Then, I went over there to get my boston cream. I waited at the counter.Probably a little bit longer than I should have.But I was extremely patient.I'm in a good mood and finally, the manager comes out.Obviously he's the manager.He's got a pink shirt on. This is even helped.And I said, no, not, yeah, I said, I'd like a boston cream. As he's standing there, waiting for me to tell him what I want. He takes his right arm, and he sticks it across his chest, and he puts it into his armpit. He's obviously scratching it. But he's trying really hard to pretend like he's just got his hand crossed his chest. I waited to see how he was gonna grab the donut, and he did not grab the donut with his hand he used the little wax paper thingy. Still, it's disgusting to think that a man is going to put his hand on his armpit, and then grab your donut, I almost walked out, but I said, man, don't make a big deal about this, but I don't know what do you guys think? What would you do if you saw the guy scratching his armpit?And then grabbed your donut again.He did use the wax paper

    I usually go to the dunkin further down on Campbell but I decided to give this one a try and boy do I regret it. 10 minutes in line with only 1 other car. It was stupid slow. Avoid this one at all costs.

    Wish I could give 0 stars…. I placed a mobile order to be picked up on my way to work this morning 5/16 just before 0530. When I arrived to the location, the lights were out and no one answered the speaker other than the automatic greeting when I pulled up. I checked the hours again on the Dunkin app and Google Maps which both agreed the store was to be open at 0500 each day. When I pulled around to the window after waiting for a few mins, I had to knock to get someone’s attention and was greeted with annoyance. I explained I had placed an online order. The person informed me they were not open yet and would not be open for several more mins. I explained I had already paid online. They again explained they were not to be open yet. I then explained their hours online show they are open. They said they could not help me with that. I drove away and never got my order, so I need a refund at a minimum. And the employee needs better training.
