  Truly a modern hell hole! Every type of poor management in one place: A disinterested manager walking around the restaurant carrying a clipboard, stepping on broken chips, looking at a very long line, noticing horribly dirty counters and never even thinks to set the clipboard down and maybe help. Two or three staff members clearly on break, (walking around, talking to people, eating) and one person actually doing some work, but clearly not happy that she’s there and doing it as inefficiently as she can, seeming to enjoy the line that continues to grow while people walk out of the restaurant from an excessive wait. Meanwhile, they’re out of Coke Zero, napkin holders are empty and pretty much every surface in the place is dirty. Don’t matter how hungry you are, keep driving.

  I get Chipotle often, but had never stopped into this location. Even though they appeared to be understaffed that wasnt the workers fault and they had great attitudes. Restaurant was clean, and my food was fresh. Good location and experience.

  Tuesday afternoon, we're in Springfield doing some shopping; it's lunch time so we choose Chipotle... one of the healthier options. Unfortunately, they are out of chicken and VERY LITTLE black beans, veggies and corn salsa. Their answer isn't to swap out empty containers with fresh food, rather the cook has zero urgency to start cooking the chicken, and they just make what's left there feed the remaining 4 people in line, split it up... basically giving 1/3 portions out. Unsatisfactory service, and after paying $30 for two bowls that weren't full, I have to leave this 1 star review. Honestly, I just can't believe that this would be acceptable. It's not for me, so unfortunately next time I'll check other options.

  Absolutely the worst experience yet! Every time I've used digital order here its terrible, way too long. This time it took 1 hour for food to say it was ready. Then I waited in line, which the entire time took 1.5 hours. And to top it off my order was not one other 30 on the shelf or one of them they had to set in the floor because they had so many backed up. So they had to remake my food. Even better, I did NOT get double meat as requested and it appears they just slapped a few things in the bowl, not good quality at all. DO BETTER CHIPOTLE, shut this place down and re train, Absolutely a management problem, or lack there of.

  Waited in the lobby over 30 minutes waiting for my order to be filled. In that time I saw a catering order pickup have to return to the store because they forgot to give her nearly $50 worth of food, multiple chefs leaving to take personal calls, two different employees who seemed visibly drunk, and a dead roach under the chair I was sitting in. I dont know if the owner just never stops in or if he's the reason why this store operates this way but this is embarrassing, every employee who works here should be ashamed
