Young kid with too many things going on heard the wrong order and put chicken on our cheese quesadilla and when corrected instead of making new just took large chunks off and cooked. My granddaughter being a picky eater threw a fit and we had to go back and get one made properly. Obviously will go back due to food but will definitely be watching the process of making.

The team that made this, the manager on duty, and the GM of this store should be fired, immediately, for allowing this pathetic level of quality to leave their stores. I live almost 40 minutes north of town and discovered my food like this when I got home. All you get when you call in is an AI agent that was unhelpful. What am I to do, drive over an hour round-trip so they can make me two more? Yeah, living in the country means I have truck - highly doubt they would compensate me for the lost fuel too. Do better. Pathetic. I bet they won’t make it right either.

Went through the drive-thru to pick up my order got on the road opened the lid to my bowl and it was like a lime sauce soup there was so much in my bowl I couldn't even taste my chicken couldn't even find my rice it consumed everything I couldn't even eat it. On top of that there were no utensils in my bag so I had to eat with a set of Chopsticks I just happen to have. For $30 I should have just went to a steakhouse and had a really good lunch I definitely will not be spending that kind of money in there ever again! Next time I feel like eating soup I'll go to Panera Bread haha

Basically no rice, Zero beans, extremely salty chicken, and the whole place was just nasty. Worker was so cold and just rude and looked like he hated his life. His name was LONDON. Worst location ever.

Glad to see the chipotles in Springfield are consistent. Servers are poorly trained, not adhering to simple health codes like dont wipe your face and nose on your apron in front of a line of 10 people, and quit putting your hand underneath the serving spoon to catch all your drippings. Weird! Management? Nah. They dont have one as far as I'm concerned. Dude didnt know what a burrito bowl was. Had to ask a manager if they had fajita veggies of which manager just shrugged her shoulders. Lol Just close these places down already! They suck!
