    Long wait time for online order pickup, 10 minutes to serve 4 cars. Didn't label food and no napkins or utensils in bag. Food was borderline cold, and they left off ingredients we paid extra for. For $10/burrito, this is pretty ridiculous. Skip this place and go to the Taco Bell next door if you want fast food Tex Mex. Would not reccomend this location.

    Came in and could immediately feel the tension, mostly all meats were burnt, they were out of salad lettuce, steak, fajita veggies, pico and guacamole. You could tell the male staff member was in a crappy mood by the way he slammed things, threw things on the food had an attitude the whole process the drink area was empty no forks, hardly any spoons and dirty, asked for a kids chicken quesadilla asked twice if he put chicken in it because I figured he didn’t based on what I watched and the way he slammed her quesadilla down after putting on cheese told me yes got to the table of course no chicken had to ask another staff member for some chicken for her quesadilla

    My husband and I both got the chicken and it was insanely burnt. Dry, crispy, almost ashy in some spots. The other parts of the burrito was great, and the portion sizes were good, but there's no way the cooks couldn't tell just from looking that the chicken was inedible. He paid extra to get double chicken, which just made it twice as bad for twice the price. Edit: Customer service is great, and we will be giving it another shot this week. Will update review to reflect the experience afterwards! Last edit: Returned and chicken was not burnt, but the queso we paid an extra dollar for was missing and my burrito was cold and soggy. Not impressed, and would recommend to anyone craving Chipotle to go to a better location.

    I've been their 4 times during their listed business hours. 2 times, they had a closed sign on the door, and twice we had to wait for about 20 minutes for food because of a very slow employee the first time and the second time because they were out of everything and we had to stand there while they cooked all the food. They need to rethink their business model. We will not be returning for a 5th disappointment.

    I waited for 40 minutes for food that was never made. I ordered my food through the app and arrived at the restaurant 20 minutes later to pick it up, but there was nothing there. For the next 20 minutes I watched people come in, order their food, eat and leave. At that point there was no one in the line so I approached and asked if they could just make my order since I was right there and it wasn’t being made. Someone who I assume was the manager told me that she’d check on my food and to go wait by the pick-up shelf. At that point I went to the cashier and asked if I could just cancel my order and he told me he can’t do it. One of the other employees complained to me about the app and how I’d have to jump through hoops and call just to get in touch with a human to do so. Resolution: after an hour of waiting and watching a poorly managed store with employees passing blame for delays, I demanded a refund through the app while I was just told to “wait while we check our resources.” Chipotle used to be great at what they did. Maybe the other stores still are, but don’t go to this one - I was just one of many annoyed customers today :(
