- BBBAM5 days ago1.0This place was extremely disappointing from the moment we walked in. The overall cleanliness was unacceptable, and the service was horrible and incredibly slow. The trash cans were overflowing, which made the entire area look neglected and unsanitary. The drink station was also a complete mess, with ice overflowing onto the floor and none of the supplies properly stocked. What made it worse was that there didn’t seem to be any urgency from the staff to address these issues. A dirty restaurant and poorly maintained drink station can really affect the overall experience, especially when customers are paying for a meal and expect a clean and welcoming environment. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend this location. I hope management takes the time to address the cleanliness, stocking, and customer service issues because there is definitely room for improvement.

The lady told us we had to order online and go through the drive through. I don’t understand why she couldn’t serve the customers if she could serve online orders.

I watched three groups walk out because of the wait. As for the food, the rice was undercooked and had a crunch to it. The chicken was lukewarm. None of this was Chipotle's fault; it was more about management not understanding how to staff or run the store.

Last time there the floor and tables were disgusting. Asked for a water cup and the cashier had to go ask the manager if he could give us one. We won’t be back

Seal on the bag is broken. Lid is off the bowel. The worst part is the bag and all the food had an overwhelming, disgusting old cigarette smell. Like, rotten, old, dirty car smell. The bag and all items stink from several feet away. On top of it, the food was cold. To the trash and never ordering from here again.
