  Long line. One employee working line while other stood around so line moved very slow. No Ac in building. Water in bathroom broken. Salsa had big chunks of cilantro with the stems not cut. Chips stale. The building was so hot could stay to eat had to take home. Portion were very small.

  Had to stand in line for the meat to be prepared. Tasted great until a couple hours later. Stomach wasn't feeling too hot and very sick. I hadn't gotten sick off food in a long time like that

  We showed up at 11:15 a.m. they're supposed to be open at 10:45 a.m. door was locked employees were ignoring us and we're not really for sure why. Probably won't go back to that location ever again.

  In my personal opinion and experience, this Chipotle location is abysmal and does a disservice to the entire brand. I’m surprised Chipotle corporate hasn’t shut this place down or forced a change in ownership/management. Where do I start with the problems I’ve experienced as a consumer? 1. The dine in line is incredibly slow. It’s normal to stand in line for close to an hour for lunch or dinner. I’m writing this review while standing in line at 4:45pm on a Wednesday and there is one poor worker responsible for the entire line. 2. Takeout orders are frequently more than 2 hours behind. This location is approximately 15-20 minutes from my house. I can put in a takeout order, wait an hour to leave my house, come into the restaurant, and my order will still not be ready. This isn’t a one-off, it’s every time for the last 3 years. 3. This Chipotle location regularly runs out of key ingredients like steak, guacamole, chips, etc. in the middle of the day. You can stand in line for 45 minutes just to hear them announce “we’re out of guac, chicken, steak, and chips for the day” and it’s 5pm. Honestly, the only thing this place has going for it is that the food is good. It’s so clearly managed incompetently that most of the time I’ll opt to drive twice the distance to one of the other two locations in town. The only way to guarantee a good time is to come here at open or between 2-4pm. Otherwise, don’t bother. 0 stars, do not recommend.

  I love me some good chipotle, but tonight it was a sloppy, dirty mess in this location. The counters where they put the food was so dirty and they weren’t even paying attention. They were dragging our bowls all through the guacamole mess on the counter then got annoyed when my husband asked them to please wipe off the top of the bowls. If they just slow down and wiped their counters down more often it would be great.
