  They NEVER open on time. The door says that they open at 10:45 am, they kept myself and one other person waiting at least 10 minutes past the time posted on the door. I ordered a steak burrito bowl, and the portions have gotten smaller. They didn't have any of the Salsa out, they didn't have any of chips bagged and they didn't have any ice in the ice machine. The staff made me feel like I was a bother. I would suggest avoiding this location.

  I haven't had Chipotle if forever and wainted to get some i checked what time you closed at to make sure i made it in time I got there at 10 45 to place a order and they already had the doors locked if your hours are till 11 I expect you to still take orders till 11 but I guess not. What a waste of a 20 min drive i remember why I stopped buying Chipotle inconsistency

  Went to pick up online order, apparently they had a catering order and were out of the stuff to make a bowl and couldn't make it. Asked about a refund and they said to call customer service. There is no working number to call customer service... Charged for nothing.

  Nasty, dirty restaurant at both the National and east Sunshine location. Before entering the restaurant of a 6 month old facility on E. Sunshine, you are greeted by a trail leading through the door of grease and filth. It is so bad, the new concrete is stained black. This is the first indication of how nasty a restaurant is. After entering the store you’re greeted with trash and food littering the lobby floors. Employees appear more to be serving a term of imprisonment than serving customers. There appeared to be absolutely no management as table prep was incredibly lacking, topping options like grilled onions and peppers or some salsas were nonexistent. A level scoop of a serving spoon is considered an adult portion as I had to add an additional $3 scoop. Pretty sure we were skimming the portions to just get through the remainder of the night as there was nothing being prepared at 7:45 to refill the table. My bag of chips were bagged using a serving bowl from an open pan by the drive through window, not that it mattered as they were stale beyond edible. This is a matching comparison to the National restaurant. My last visit there I was stepping over dozens of cockroaches inside and outside the store at lunchtime. Most were on their back saying their final goodbyes while nothing was done to clean them up. This was my final visit to that location. Your store located at these two locations are disgusting and I will not be back. No need for compensation, or justification. Because you will never be good until you fix your management. It’s not the employees fault. They appear to me as just trying to survive. The concerning part of this experience is there appears to be no care or shame of serving well paying customers the substandard food you serve in a place too dirty to serve food in. You have a management problem Chipotle. Are you going to fix it?

  I wait a shorter at restaurants, so long of a wait even if you order 30 minutes before, and the workers I’ve seen them talking absolute crap about their co-workers. Also I waited 45 minutes to get the wrong order too, twice. Like come on, food is good though but not worth waiting 45 minutes every-time I come, and I’ve been here a lot. All I’m saying is go eat at a restaurant for better service, food, wait time, and overall better experience.
