  I place an online order through door dash, I was literally 5 min away from away, so I go in and it’s busy for lunch. I completely understand that part. The problem was how they handled everything. It took a few to get my food and when it came out, it was ice cold. I immediately try to return it and was met with the rudest people. Door dash took care of it as they were supposed to do, but this Chipotle couldn’t care less how they handled you or your food. Never again that’s for certain.

  I debated reviewing this. It sat with me the way the employees behaved during an obvious rush. I will start with the food was good but not great. My partner put it “it looks like someone hate-made this”. I love chipotle and will continue to give this location chances. But from the employee barking at my partner for not hearing him for a split second. To the cashier at the time obviously trying her best but i saw her gripe at her coworkers for a customers fault. I just noticed too much disorganized chaos on their half for only 8-10 people in line. Its exhausting I get it but the impact is great on how that carries in their customer service. I only write this because its corporate and I know they have better systems and protocols for this.

  There’s obviously a huge lack of any leadership or management here to speak of. I’m sure their turnover rate is very high. The people who work here are genuinely honest and good people just trying to make a living, it’s not their fault. That said, there is a ton of great food in Springfield, you should not spend your money here on a buisness that clearly does not deserve it if you can help it.

  I love the food but I will never order online again. Pray that you never have any issues with your order if you do because the customer service is horrible. I finally got my food and they didn't even include utensils to eat with on an online order for pickup. The bag was sealed, as it should be but I didn't know until I had already left and now I have no way to even eat my food.

  Not sure what was going on there that day, it was Sunday and mid afternoon, there was 3 people there, one for drive up one making food and another up front taking people's orders. There was a line probably at least 7 people in front of me and we stood there for 10 minutes or more and the line never moved while more people came behind me. I left and went to another one 10 minutes away. It would of taken 40 minutes to get my food if I stayed. Sorry guys, you probably were short staffed cause I never have an issue with you guys.
