  Ive been to multiple Chipoltes and this is tje slowest crew I habe EVER encountered. Literally one person is taking carebof the front line one person on to go orders and two people walkjng aroind doing absolute shit. Stood in line for almost 2 hr. Absolutly ridiculous. Mud dries faster than this crew moves on August 13th after 8pm

  I love chipotle. But this location is dropping the ball. I went there and they messed up my mobile order very badly. I called customer service and they compensated me with another free entree. I came back with another mobile order and was left less than satisfied yet again. I was missing multiple ingredients from my order. A super long wait time, it said my pickup time was 6:10, I didn't receive my order until 6:40. I don't recommend this location, and if you do, don't do mobile order. The same worker has messed my order up twice.

  I arrived Monday evening, 8/3/26, right around 6pm. I anticipated a rush, so didn’t mind waiting. However, it wasn’t a busy rush that slowed everything down. A young man with braided hair was moving in slow motion and had an absolute careless attitude. I watched him service not one, not two, but three orders before mine with multiple mistakes time after time. At one point, the gentleman in front of me had to repeat his order 4 times before the young worker got it right, but not before making multiple mistakes (scooped corn in place of red salsa, proceeded to pour the corn back into the metal serving tub, and then fill the same to-go container with red salsa…on top of the corn that was still in it that didn’t dump out). Fortunate for me, a young lady assisted in making my order and was friendly and quick. Until I got to the check out when the same young man made a few errors during checkout as I patiently waited to pay. He muttered a total before I could ask for a drink, only to be told the machine was down. I haven’t exited a Chipotle that fast, ever. Additional training should remedy a lot of these errors, however his attitude and carelessly throughout my 22 minute wait in line should probably be addressed.

  I have given this place a try too many times. I go in every couple of months hope the new manager of the week can make improvements. But no. If you order online and they are out of an item, you just don't get the item and they do not tell you or comp you in any way. I ordered a burrito bowl once and it only had lettuce, shredded cheese and sour cream. No steak, beans, rice, queso, or salsa or chips. If you use "Pepper" the chat bot the best case is they add "free chips" to your account and I've tried to use it twice now and guess what... they are out of chips. This last time I asked to speak with a manager and the guy goes and talks with him and he looks at me then sends the guy back and says its gonna be about 30-40 minutes before he can speak with me. This place has good food and the dinning area is always dirty. They need to hire more people. This is ridiculous.

  AC was having difficulties. The ice machine was down and had been down for weeks. The soda machine was broken. They were out of white rice. And the store was filthy. Floors not swept. Countertops with food spills everywhere. The meat in the pans were drying out. And they said "it's been kinda slow" to explain the poor quality of the food. No towels or clothes to wipe down anything anywhere. Dirty pans on the transfer table just sitting there. The job of the prep cooks is to keep things behind the serving counter clean and clear. Half the tables in the sitting area were in need to being wiped clean. This is the worst condition I have ever seen for a restaurant.
