  Management is pretty horrible. 90% of the time you walk in and they say they’re only doing mobile orders because I guess they don’t have enough people to take walk in orders. They open at 10:45. So I came today at 11 to pick up a mobile order. When I arrive, there’s literally a line of like 30 people standing outside the place. I guess someone came out and told everyone they still need a few minutes to get ready. Right now it’s like 11:15 and they still haven’t opened the doors. I placed my order for pickup at 11 because I have to make it across town for work at noon. Not sure if I’ll make it in time. I guess ordering an hour and half early still isn’t early enough. Service is overall horrible too. I understand being understaffed; it happens. But this is just horrible and not at all the first time I’ve had issues with this location.

  Put in an order on doordash, wanted to put barbacoa on the side. Tried to call in store only to get an AI assistant that was absolutely horrible, I mean seriously you don't have enough staff to answer the phone? Having an AI answer the phone makes the customers feel so unheard, if I ask to speak to a person at the store I should be able to get the store. Just terrible business, will not be ordering from here again.

  It seems like most of the time when you walk in now they're online only. Meaning you can pay 30% more for less food. The online burritos I bought have ever been as full as what I get in person. There's no way to tell what they've got going on that day so most of my experiences lately have been showing up for lunch and getting told they're online only. I used to eat here everyday but the online food in never made well for me.

  I'm sick of this happening to me at THIS location. Several times now I've shown up to make an order and have been told "we're only taking online orders.".......EXCUSE ME?!?! This would NEVER happen at ANY OTHER ESTABLISHMENT. Who turns away customers that made the effort to drive there? THIS PLACE APPARENTLY. Don't waste your time coming to this location unless you order online apparently. Sucks because I live closest to this Chipotle but guess I'm going to Qdoba from now on. I BEG the management to DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS. I'm not kidding, this has happened to me several times now. I'm furious.

  I came there yesterday and while the young man who was making food and ringing orders did a good job. The place needed to be cleaned all tables were dirty. The floors were dirty. The drinks that are made in house did not have labels on them so you can’t tell what drink you’re getting you have to taste them all.The restrooms were horrible. The presentation where the food sits was absolutely disgusting it needed to be wiped down and food refreshed.The kitchen floors was dirty needed to be swept in between task . I looks to me like your short staffed but doesn’t seem to be hiring people. There was also dishes piling on the table where you cut the chicken.
