I ordered my food off Doordash from this location, I typically go to Location A but doordash set to this location.
I ordered a Half Steak, Half Chicken burrito. When I arrived to the store before the expected pick up time and upon arrival we were immediately told my order was already picked up, it was stolen. So we tell and show the employee working that we were the people who placed the order which Included our payment details and what is exactly on the order. The employee told us he could remake it for us and it took a good 15-20 minutes for him to get back to us. He said the burrito had full chicken and a side of steak. I mainly wanted steak on my burrito, the chicken was an add on, So I was rightfully pissed. So my boyfriend takes it back into the store and says hey there is supposed to be chicken on this and this worker literally said "I don't want to remake it for a 3rd time"... We insisted after I got a little yelly at him that he needs to remake the order to its original value. So after almost 40 minutes we finally got a half correct order because at that point they had run out of cheese. Multiple other people also said their orders were wrong and there was a man that kept coming in and taking bags out from the carryout area, not a single employee stopped him and I counted at least 3 orders he took out of the store. This was absolutely ridiculous, and because whoever picked it up before us talked to an employee it was marked as "picked up".on their side, we couldn't even cancel or refund the order on doordash or in store. Absolutely horrible experience.

This chipotle is always hit or miss, but the black lady with the tattoos working the line by herself is a star! She did everything swiftly and so well, probably the first time in a while of going here when I was very pleased with the service. Again the store itself is not the best, but she just made it a great experience for me! She is lovely! (June 26 2026 ~7:30pm)

The ONLY thing that saved this store from 30+ negative reviews today was the young man who came in around 615! He had urgency to work and was very sweet about it. There was a HUGE line, and he had a great attitude and busted out over 20 orders in less than 15 minutes. Which I was there for 20 minutes before he got there and only 4 people had moved in line. 4 orders in 20 minutes compared to over 20 in 15 minutes. He did his job effortlessly under pressure.
As for the rest of FOH employees they had no sense of urgency and took their sweet time like they didn’t care. Also seen the one doing Mobile orders roll her eyes when he needed help.
Only reason for the two stars!
PSA: if you need to be anywhere within the hour, unfortunately don’t come to this location.

I was in today with my group. It was fairly busy but the staff kept a nice pace. There are a lot of new faces. There was a manager by the name of Meghan whose name I got from another employee because I didn’t catch it. She came to our table and checked on my family a couple times and even made it a point to socialize with our children which was nice. She talked to every single person as if they were the first person of the day. If she isn’t lead manager she needs to be because you can’t replicate that type of hospitality and leadership. I’ll definitely be back.

I promised myself I would never come back to this location. It’s has been steadily declining. Myself and a coworker went in a couple days ago and it was surprisingly refreshing. There was a new woman there she said she was a new member of the management team I believe her name was Meghan. She absolutely was a breath of fresh air. She not only was kind and polite to us as customers while making small talk about our day, but she was checking on her team making sure they were okay and telling them how much she appreciated them. I advised that I had a food allergy and she asked what exactly that meant. She had another employee come to take over for her from what I could see, she then washed her hands and changed out all the utensils which normally I have to ask them to do. She completed my order, and for the first time in a while I felt heard, safe and seen! She advised that there was a new GM aboard as well and you can tell they are attempting to right whatever wrongs have been done. Well done with these new hires Chipotle. Faith restored and we shall return.
