The employee that handled the refund, Wally, was kind, patient, understanding, and our experience with him overall was exceptional. Top-notch, above-and-beyond customer service. I am very pleased with the experience overall.

Tonight in the drive-through, the person in front of me was being incredibly rude to Josiah, but he handled it extremely well and then was super kind to me when he took my order very friendly staff here and the food is always fresh. Hoping a manager sees this, Josiah deserves a raise for the way he acted!
