  The last time I was here, my order was completely wrong. That’s the third time since you’ve opened that’s happened. The drive-through has been a mess, but was OK at one time. It’s clear that you only want business from people that place mobile orders. There’s an entire drive-through here wide open. No one in it. For mobile only and of course it’s a 11 o’clock. There’s one person working outside and they are very slow and there is a long line. I’ve never seen a Chick-fil-A operate like this one. I’ve been here 20 minute and haven’t even ordered. There was 6 cars in front of me.

  For the longest time I would pass by chick-fil-A and the parking lot and drive thru lanes were packed. I couldn't understand why. Then they built a new one by me. I tried it and I have to say that I understand why. The personal service that you get is hard to find anymore. Where most fast food places are going to the ordering kiosks, you can still talk to an actual person here. And they're so polite, saying mam and sir. They genuinely seem happy to work there. The food was great! And I am in love with the frozen lemonade.

  What is thee point of ordering mobile if you end up merging into the long regular drive thru line? I ordered mobile to get my food quick as I had my baby with me but that was pointless.

  I came here like around 4 to 5 times every time they take so much time to make the orders and the service is very slow and today literally I came to pick the order and she confirmed the name of the order and it's literally sitting back on the table and but instead she went back near the ice machine or some other stuff at the back of the register and she's literally talking to the multiple people making fun laughing they're busy in their own stuff not sure what's going on but the rest of the stores I mean in Chick-fil-A in springfield the service is quite good atmosphere staff ord everything is good not sure what's going on in this location I think needs to be improved

  2 starts because the manager was pretty chill about it. Take note, we had already ordered the food before hand, so when we got there we did the whole let them know you here. So we did, at the end they had both lanes filtering into one, mid dinner rush. 2 guys taking orders. By the time we got to the window atleast 3 cars in front and a line behind us, cars were leaving with food, before we even got to the window. We had been sitting there for 30 minutes. Watched our milkshakes melt. And when the kid handed us our food, we ran off before we could ask a question. We had to pull around the front to have them remade. Managers didn't start helping until almost 40 minutes of being there. The food was okay.
