- NCNanette Clevenger1 day ago1.0Specifically asked for no onions! Allergic to them! They marked the box "no onions". Said the put extra napkins in bag. Loaded the burger with a quarter of an onion and only 2 napkins! Spiteful employee! Will never be back to this location!

We stood in line to order, as we watched 3 staff members casually talking and slowly preparing orders for the drive up window. After 7 minutes of no service, nor acknowledging us standing in line,, we left. My husband is white and I am black. I immediately felt that this was the reason for them ignoring that we were even standing in line to order. No one else was in line as well, our entire waiting time. My husband felt the same way. We both felt disrespected. If you are black or in an interracial marriage, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO GO! I just pray and hope that not all Springfield Burger Kings accept this kind of treatment and behavior. SHAME ON YOU!

Two lines, they take orders from two other cars in the other lane that arrived after I had been sitting there for 5 or more minutes! Guy at the window only offers an "I'm sorry". I ask about a discount and he just walks off and doesn't say another word to me, even while handing my meal to me. And then the food is freaking cold! Not that they care, but i will never go to this burger king again! The worst people and service!
