  This is hands down one of my favorite joints to hit. And it is mainly because of the staff. If I had to choose an A team as a business owner? It's everyone employed here. Food is good, too. But id swallow razors if they sold them. The staff is genuinely awesome 👌

  Dirty lobby u have to wait like 10 minutes to order understaffed and they rung up my order wrong

  I waited in the drive through for almost 40 minutes and I’m not exaggerating. I couldn’t fit to get out of the line. I could have sat at a real restaurant, ate, and left with less time than I sat in the drive through.

  We visited your facility for the first time today, needless to say, we will not be back. The young man that took our order was wonderful, very friendly. The lady, as seen in the picture, that’s a whole other story. I made the mistake of asking her for some napkins because the napkin dispenser was empty. She grabbed the container, spun it around to verify that it was empty, and then just turned and walked away. A few moments later, she comes out from the back with a bundle of napkins, slams them on the countertop and then fills the container and spins it around, and then just walks away. I don’t know what your problem is, but have the day you deserve! Oh, and when a customer requests no egg, no cheese, maybe leave off the egg. When you’re serving hashbrowns at breakfast time, maybe have some fresh ones that were not made at 6 AM and they are crunchy and nasty.

  Sometimes it's better to be short handed than have someone who spends more time trying to look busy than actually working. Order was wrong, and it wasn't hard. They did cheerfully correct it though - the main person on duty made that easy. She could have used some better communication from staff so that she didn't have to correct it. On a positive note location was clean. First time back to a burger king in many years and I might go sooner next time because of the friendliness of this "main person on shift" who I believe was the morning manager. (04/12).
