But on 5-9-26 it was 4:10 came in stood there, waiting, watching the employees walk by us multiple times one waitress told us two separate times she will be with us in a minute literally was not that busy after watching the employees walk back-and-forth looking at us at 4:30 we still have not been seated decided to go to Wingstop. But like I said I love the food just bad service

Appetizers were brought out then eaten. One worker is wiping down the bar and finally moved a stack of dirty dishes off of a table next to us that was there when we got here. It has been almost an hour and no meals, no offer for more appetizers. Nothing... almost an hour. Sad service.

They send no fries….. every single time I order something it’s always something missing or wrong. Getting ripped off I’m tired of calling and complaining I just want my dang order right. The managers are doing a good job managing their staff. They are clearly careless and don’t even bother checking if everything is there.

THIS location (when Anthony is tending the bar) has, by far, the absolute best customer service I've ever experienced at a BWW! Anthony was fantastic, every time I have been here. Buffalo needs more people with this customer service attitude.
