We started ordering ice cream and was immediately cut off by one of the employees telling us they are both new and decided to close early so they “could get out on time” and that they’ve only been there 2 weeks so they don’t know how to close? I don’t see this location lasting long with employees with poor attitude and work ethic.

As soon as we went for the door she goes to the back, acting like we aren’t there. The door was locked so we went through the drive through, and when we tried to order ice cream she said it’s closed down already. They’ve had it closed way before closing time. As I asked what time they closed, a rude employee cut off the previous one and had an attitude stating they were new of two weeks and they were by themselves and closed early to clean so they could get out on time. Her tone and snappy attitude was unappreciated. The length of employment doesn’t have anything to do with customers and your hours of operation. Especially not your terrible attitude. You represent a company and she shouldn’t be in contact with customers with that attitude. I hope her customer service improves. The staff needs some training and an upgrade. This was very disappointing. The employees are treating customers poorly. The owners should definitely listen to the issues here as clearly they are still declining and don’t care in store. I will not be going back and word of mouth travels far.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
