I called to ask and the girl that answered was super kind and gave me directions to call back when the decorator was scheduled so I could discuss with them. I didn’t even get the chance because the decorator actually called me not long after to tell me that my situation wouldn’t be an issue and that I could pickup Saturday morning no problem. Cake was 10/10 and I was very happy with the price, ease and service. I will be using them again for birthdays.

Also ordered a strawberry shake. When I paid, they asked me to move forward to wait. No one behind us, sat there for over 5mins, went in they handed me my icecream upside down on my cone in a cup, and there was not 2 scoops in there. The shake tasted like milk, no strawberry. Definitely not happy with what we got. Won't be back anytime soon. Too expensive for what i got.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
