I'm so disappointed because I used to love going to basket and Robbins, but now I will never return to that location. I paid $6 for a small scoop of ice cream. As a restaurant manager myself, they need to get a manager that is their present.Get these rude, lazy employees out and get people who actually care otherwise.I fear that this location will end up closing because there's no business because they do not know how to treat their customers

Called spoke with the owner and he said unfortunately that’s their policy so I’m already frustrated but I make the extra trip to go get the refund since I had to order a cake elsewhere and get to the store and they can’t do the refund because the manager isn’t there. I get told that he’s hardly ever there and the employees need him there more too but they couldn’t tell me when he would be in again. I’ve not only wasted a crap ton of time with this company but also they basically stole from me because I haven’t received a refund for an order they weren’t able to fulfill because they refuse to keep that product on hand. Beyond frustrated at this point

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
