Bún bò huế originated in the ancient royal capital of central Vietnam, huế, which is renowned throughout the country for its unique cuisine. The broth is made from cooking beef bones for a long period of time with spices, lemongrass, and chilies. Bún bò huế includes thin slices of marinated beef shank, sliced Vietnamese ham, onions, and cilantro served over thick rice noodles.

Our chicken curry is a medium-spicy, coconut milk-based yellow curry simmered with chicken thighs and potatoes; topped with peanuts, sliced onions, and cilantro.
