  I had went to Wendy's Drive through on West Bypass and Kearney. HORRIBLE no cars in line and none in the parking lot. 7 minutes later I was ask " what I wanted?" NOT Welcome to Wendy's sorry for your wait. But " What I wanted" after asking for three things and being told they weren't available. I said never mind and drove to the Arby's off West Bypass and Chestnut. As soon as I pulled up I was greeted and my order was taken. Miguel took my order and when I went to pay, I thanked him for his professionalism and customer service. I told him how I was treated at Wendy's and again thanked him. Miguel and Arby's on West Bypass get.5 stars only because I can't do 10. Food was hot and fresh. Anytime I'm in that area Arby's is going to get my business. Thank you again for turning a crappy night into a very joyful one. 10 stars!!!!!!!
