    Not as good as the one on glenstone but still good. The only reason was my fries weren't as hot but they were still hot, not cold like I've had from other fast food on kearney

    Worst fast food experience ever!!! The customer service was the worst I had ever experienced and I have been to a lot of places! The food was thrown together and the chicken was so hard I could barely bite it and when we went back to ask them to fix the order we were met with contempt and sarcasm by the window worker! Don't recommend this place to anyone!

    The guy is the was nice and friendly the food was just not great , I had the French Dip and the seasoning was over powering the meat and ruined the taste for me and my fries were less than half.

    I am a mother of three young children, and this Arby’s location is completely unacceptable. The staff’s lack of professionalism is obvious the moment you walk in. Employees had visible marks on their necks, which is inappropriate in a workplace especially one serving families. The manager, James, is consistently unprofessional. I was told my coupons would be accepted, only for him to refuse them at the register. On top of that, his behavior made my husband and me feel extremely uncomfortable. The cleanliness is even worse. Sticky floors, dirty tables, overflowing trash, and bathrooms that smell strongly of cigarette smoke. It is unsanitary and not safe for children. This location needs immediate attention. Management needs to step in and fix these issues now.
