  Amigos is a clean restaurant with good service. Their menu is loaded with all kinds of offers. My wife and I have eaten at a great number of Mexican Restaurants in Springfield and, in my opinion, Amigos prepares the best quality, and taste in their food. I did pay just a little more than I would have at some other restaurants, however, it was well worth it. The service, quality, and quantity fit the bill.

  Honestly a great place. Friendly staff and good food at decent prices. I like going here because the quality of the food is great and I am a picky eater lol

  We went on a wait list and they told us 20 minutes and never called our name. I went up after an HOUR AND A HALF and asked them kindly if they had called our name and the RUDE hostess taking names replied to that saying “Bruh. We called your name an hour ago.” Is that how you guys treat your guests who pay you money to eat? That’s how I’m treated. That is extremely unprofessional and totally unacceptable. If there was a negative star option I would have done that. Don’t know if I’ll ever go through that experience and/or bother with returning to this restaurant. Do better.

  Customer service was amazing! We came in with a group over 40 people and they managed to accommodate us without a problem, sweetest people ever! Must try!

  I'm not a person to give a bad review, but this place is terrible. We came into Springfield and searched for a Mexican Restaurant and was so disappointed. The chips & salsa was not good and the meals were tasteless and I never have tasted anything so bad. We opened out silverware and out of 3 sets, 2 were dirty and had dried food on them. We should of left then, but we gave them a chance. When we left we said we needed to let others know, not to go there.
