  Very, very disappointed. Service was horribly slow, employee's were rude and disconnected from basic customer service, alot of bickering between a manager and employees. I'll stick with big Nana's and Eurasia from this point forward. Last but not least, the order I received WAS NOT what I ordered at all.

  I have yet to have my coffee made correctly at this location, i drive from out of town so its very dissappointing.

  Had a great time getting my normal strawberry banana smoothie today. The girl that was talking to me seemed really nice! They are great people here!

  Poor customer service. The staff didn’t acknowledge me while I waited, and one texter stood with their back to my window the entire time. There were several employees standing around, but no communication. Very disappointing.
