Don't reply with "Thank you for your feedback"—just fix the location. I’ve been submitting complaints about the East Sunshine stand for over a year now, and absolutely nothing has changed. Friendly banter with customers is fine and expected in a drive-thru, but at this location, it’s completely out of hand. Baristas regularly stand around in groups of three at a single window chit-chatting long after the drinks have already been handed over. Meanwhile, cars are trapped in line with no way to pull out or leave, waiting aimlessly while the line sits dead stopped. We got there @8:15 this morning WE DID’NT EVEN LEAVE UNTIL 8:40!! UNACCEPTABLE!. I don't want a generic apology or a "thanks for letting us know" response from the owner. I want actual management on-site and real change. A year of zero improvement proves this is an ownership and management failure. Skip the canned reply and train your team to keep the line moving and make people’s drinks correctly!. Call the East Battlefield location, and ask them how many people actually have to go over there to have drinks replaced from this location. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!.

Attend used my rewards for my order without asking or letting me know that I had any available.

Friendly servers. Great coffee. They take the time to chat a little bit. Asking how I am doing.

The staff are very sociable, and they always seem to get my drink out ASAP! There’s only one time I can remember waiting for more than 5 minutes because I was stuck behind a car with many drinks and the girl at my table was very apologetic about it. I don’t usually leave very many reviews but every time I come here they are so kind, and my drink is always very tasty.
