  If I've been the only car in line, and you choose to ignore me and take the order of a car that came in after me.. your system isnt "weird" it's bullshit. 2 workers directly ignored me. Get out of the service industry if this is how you treat customers.

  Ordered a cherry limeade & razor berry energy clarified no energy on the limeade due to a health issue, when we got our drinks it was a limeade energy, instead of fixing the issue the cashier explained how to order it right the next time, but limeades and lemonades are a drink it’s self so why it was so confusing to the people that worked there is beyond me, then I received my razor berry, which had some weird brown things floating in it, so I took it up to the counter told them they offered to make a new one and said it was coffee grounds, cool well when I was up there I asked if she wanted this one back she said no, another employee came out and said she’d need the drink back which is cool, however I walked back up with it to them complaining about having to remake it, if I’m spending $20 on 2 drinks I expect them to be made correctly to order and without coffee grounds it it, why is there coffee grounds in an energy drink 🤷🏻‍♀️ idk if they need some retraining on cleaning or just customer service but I’ve never had such a bad experience at a 7 brew.

  Earlier this week, I was in a little rush to get to work on time but I figured I would risk it and try to make a quick coffee run. I was a little nervous about the length of the line and the lack time I had to make it to work. However, I can’t give enough praise to this location for how quickly they operate. There was a young gentleman with longer dark brown hair and a backwards hat that was very helpful in finding me something I would like, and when I pulled ahead there was a girl name cassie that went above and beyond and gave my dog a treat after having a nice conversation.

  I stopped by Seven Brew and had such a wonderful experience. I believe the young lady who helped me was Abby, and I just wanted to recognize how kind and welcoming she was. As an older man, sometimes places like this can feel like they’re geared more toward younger people, but Abby made me feel completely comfortable and welcome. She was so friendly, patient, and genuinely pleasant to talk to. It’s not every day you come across someone who makes you feel that appreciated as a customer. She really stood out and deserves to be recognized!

  I have been to my fair share of 7Brews across 8 states and many cities within these 8 states and this 7Brew at the East Battlefield location in Springfield is the Worst hands down solely bc of the young girl working on lane 1. I am a patient and understanding person to those who work in the customer service industry bc they get treated unkindly sometimes and I know how that feels after working 10+ years in the same environment! This girl hands down needs to be retrained on what at bare minimum good customer service should be. First thing out of her mouth was what is your number…then doesn’t even enter it in after I clearly and loudly told her 3 times. Then she says do you know what you want, I said can you please get the girls order in the back seat first…she then says what again so in repeated myself and looked annoyed bc she has to take their order and they also had to repeat themselves twice as well. Then when she goes anything else I said yes and said I would like my last ordered. She said well I don’t know what that is…I knowing that if you did take my number she should be able to see my number so I said ok I’ll show you what the 7Brew app shows and so I showed her and she said well I can’t read that so you need to read that too me. So I did and she was like repeat that again that’s a lot …it really wasn’t. The annoyance she had about her throughout this whole process was unnecessary. I’m sorry you have to actually work and I understand if you lack customer service skills maybe you should look for another job that is more appropriate for you! Bc I must say that stand was lucky to get a tip as I should not have. As 7Brew she is the forward facing associate that works for you and is your representative…I understand that this stand is not under corporate but maybe you should ensure that your franchise is following standards when representing corporate! You had about 10 people on shift and there were only 2 cars in each lane…do better about who you are putting in front of your customers! I won’t be going back to this stand again! The other stands are great this one is definitely less than desirable bc of this one girl. (*music wasn’t even loud for her to be so rude and I was even still nice throughout her rudeness which my family was shocked I didn’t fire back at her…)
