  The little blonde gal that walked out to take our order, looked visibly annoyed that we were there. It was about 8:30 or 8:20 I didn't think it was closing time but still you're providing a service. Online, it says 11 is closing time. When she said, is there anything else? There was somewhat of an eye roll. No tip was left because the service was terrible. There was no smile at all.

  Had a French vanilla slushie or freezer whatever they call it first I'm going there and it was absolutely positively delicious

  This 7 brew still had promotional signs out the day after a promotion had ended. Even though it has ended with the sign still out I asked that they honor the promotion. Never have I ever been to any business that still had a shelf sticker or anything about a promo price had a business refused to honor the price. In fact I work in a store that customers had said you have a sale price on the shelf and it says expired 3 days ago but you still have it advertised and I'd like the same price. We have graciously honored that promotion and removed the signage for that offer. This store refused to honor the promotional price. When you are in business providing a service you should take down promotional signs the day the promo ends not 3 days later. I found it very rude to not honor the promotion. The manager should have left directions for the staff working the day the promo ended to remove signage before leaving for the night. They even had temporary signs that could have easily been pulled out of the ground. You are too lazy to take the signs down and to rude to honor the promotion. This store needs someone from the corporate location to have a little chat about promotions and removing the advertisement. Also how to handle when a customer asks that you honor this promotion if you still have signs up. Someone doesn't have a very good handle on how to be an effective manager. I have been very pleased with 7 brew and thought they had some good promotions when opening new stores but this was just uncalled for. It's a simple cost of doing business. Something this store needs to be reminded of when you take care of your customers your customers will take care of you. This promo was a simple boho and they are making a nice profit on every sale they make at 6 to 7 for one drink. It was not as if this one drink would throw the entire company into bankruptcy. Make the drinks for the promo price and be done with it. Instead they alienated a customer and spent entirely to much time on this issue. I was in that line for at least 15 minutes every bit of that time arguing with first one person then another and yet another. This kind of publicity will ruin your company if you aren't careful. Build goodwill it will pay off in the end.
