7 Brew is my favorite place to go to for my coffee drinks. I think I was hooked from the very first visit. There are admittedly some drinks that are my favorites. In winter I like the dirty nog if it's on the menu

I LOVE coming to this place to get my coffee for me and my daughter. Everyone is always so friendly and fun BUT just the other day (this past Friday the 18th) I went with my daughter on my bday to get my free bday drink and there was a long blonde hair girl that took our order. She had a really bad attitude and was rude to my daughter because she couldn’t hear her. Did not smile once and acted like she did not want to be there. I asked her if I could use my free bday drink which she should have seen once she pulled up my rewards. Later I checked my account and there was two separate transactions so I did not get my free drink on my bday. Instead of ringing up both drinks on one ticket with a $1 tip she rang up the drinks two separate times and gave herself an extra $1 tip. Unprofessional.

Great coffee. I will admit that I only had 1 item from the menu though. The large frozen, 1/2 sweet mocha banana bread is my new go to. It's really good. I don't like all the sticky overly sweet products some offer. $8 for something that good, count me in. I will return every time I am near a 7 Brew.
