  This is the second time I have tried this particular location. The second time it is taken me over 20 minutes to get one drink. This time I was the only one in the Drive-Thru. There were four employees. The young man who waited on me was very polite, kind and well spoken, appeared to be the only one of the 4 who cared about customer service. Once I got my drink, it was very good, just, took a very long time to get to that point.

  When I asked for a certain drink I was immediately denied without even asked what was in it, the guy had a very nasty attitude and acted like he did not want to be there. He was very much faking his kindness. I asked questions towards him an he seemed to be out of it, had a free drink that wanted to be added to the order and they usually either ask if you would like to use it, but pretty sure it wasn't added after all that. When pulled up to the pick-up area I explained to the worker there about the situation an she seemed just the same. That she did not care one bit. When asked for a Manger she exclaimed she was one? She kept repeating herself over an over like we weren't understanding her, we asked for someone higher up but kept saying she was sorry and didn't go to change anything. She exclaimed that she would talk to corporate but just stood there pretending and saying she would give me a free drink card that nerver occured so i had to leave. It's very strange an hope this is fixed.

  It's a long wait in line but the coffee is good and the service is friendly.
