The line usually moves quickly. Mostly I really like this location. Their current morning crew seems a little lazy.

They need better lids and cups, I have emailed cooperate after having multiple cups pop lids off and spill 😔 even had my Totally blind friend have his pop off a couple of times and spill all over the place down h in s chest and leg. It's been a few weeks since I have emailed so here's my other option. The people are amazing that work there. I don't blame this on the location or staff. It a issue cooperate wide. Always double triple check you lids and then good luck still after that.

The staff was friendly and helpful to get me back to my school bus. When my server saw my drink was finished at the same time as another large order, she walked around the table and grabbed my drink. She probably heard the first bell sound that signals the teachers to release the car riders. Which means I had less than ten minutes before my bus riders would be racing out to the buses.

I’ve been an off and on customer at this specific location since it opened, occasionally using the drive thru myself but mainly usually a walk up as I live in the neighborhood. Convenient… until you have traffic blocked both ways on Jefferson, stalled on sunshine because others are “waiting” and impeding traffic. I don’t love waiting until the cars in drive thru are taken care of to be acknowledged or served as a walk up. Prices are fine for the sizes and amount of sugar you’ll get, though not compared to the amount of caffeine. At this point, this location has become unbearable to deal with or buy anything at

I’m honestly very disappointed and hurt by my experience at this 7 Brew today. I’ve always had positive experiences with 7 Brew, and one of the things I’ve always appreciated is how friendly and welcoming the employees are. Unfortunately, that was not my experience today. My friend and I ordered two drinks, and I ordered an Apple Pie Macchiato with cold foam and extra caramel drizzle. When we got to the window, the drink I received looked completely different from what I ordered and from the picture on the menu. When I politely tried to explain that I thought there had been a mix-up, the employee interrupted me and told me it was the correct drink rather than allowing me to explain what I had ordered. She eventually took the drink back, added cold foam and a very small amount of caramel drizzle, and handed it back to me. At that point, I was so uncomfortable and frustrated that I didn’t even know what else to say. Mistakes with drinks happen. That is not what upset me the most. What really bothered me was feeling dismissed and spoken to rudely when I was simply trying to clarify my order. I was never rude to her, and I don’t think any customer should feel like they’re being a problem for politely asking about something they ordered. I genuinely hope management sees this review and actually addresses what happened. I’m not looking for someone to get in trouble over a drink — I want the customer service aspect of this to be taken seriously. I left feeling genuinely hurt by the interaction, especially because this is not the experience I’ve come to expect from 7 Brew. I would really appreciate management following up and making sure situations like this are handled differently in the future.
