  I got a medium blast and I ordered it ahead in the app where I added extra things to it and when I got it I realized the app had messed up and removed what I added. When I asked them to fix it the girl I was speaking with was very short and rude. She cut me off mid sentence and said “what did you want in your blast? What was the name on the order” with an attitude and then told me they didn’t have any of those things on the order which I had already told her prior I was just asking to have it fixed. I then asked if I could just get them on the side and she responded “I’m pretty sure you can’t you can order a new blast though I don’t know what you want me to do I can’t take it back. My manager is in the bathroom if you want to speak with her if you really want to,” once again with an attitude. I ended up letting it be but don’t appreciate the attitude I received when I’ve been a constant customer there.

  i came here about 15-20 minutes ago and when i got the drink which was the orange one with strawberries i opened it and there was a black or very dark brown hair ontop and one on the bottom of the cup

  If I could give them less then 1 star I absolutely would this specific sonic is absolutely atrocious. The service is absolutely horrible. Every single time I go there the food is regularly incorrect overcooked undercooked there’s always something wrong with it. I’ve been to this location a dozen times in the last month and never had a single good experience there the staff are always extremely rude towards the customer I literally can’t say enough bad things about this location

  When you buy extra ingredients and you don't receive them and pay extra. You call and make an complaint they tell you to come back and they will make it right. You go back and they still make it wrong again. I then call back and complain again and they hang up on you. I call back immediately and they don't answer. Getting ahold of sonic corporate office now.
