  When you buy extra ingredients and you don't receive them and pay extra. You call and make an complaint they tell you to come back and they will make it right. You go back and they still make it wrong again. I then call back and complain again and they hang up on you. I call back immediately and they don't answer. Getting ahold of sonic corporate office now.

  Couldn’t pay at screen. Staff was nice. But they had to walk back and forth from inside to take payment. Bring utensils the next trip.

  My girlfriend and I stopped here for $1 corn dogs and a limeade. The corn dog was delicious and when I asked for a limeade extra tart, they actually made it tart and not throw 4 extra lime wedges in the bottom like every other sonic usually does. 10/10

  After trying for 30 minutes to order through the app, which apparently wasn't working correctly, I got the order placed. However, upon getting our food brought to us, we saw the hamburgers weren't prepared according to what I ordered. An employee came to our vehicle when we called for help, but didn't seem to think it was anything done wrong on their part. She did, however, agree to replace the hamburger we requested a replacement for. It still wasn't completely correct. The onion rings were great, though. Very disappointing experience.
