- LSLacey Schick4 days ago1.0To the manager working around 5PM on 5/15/26 (who ironically wasn't wearing a name tag) absolutely deserves to get fired. Swearing up a storm and throwing a tantrum in front of children is just embarrassing. No wonder why you're short staffed or nobody wants to work. Don't blame them if that's the environment they have to work in.

I thought the first time was a fluke, maybe just short staffed for the day but after reading recent reviews and then it happening to me for a second time. Sadly the food both times has been pretty good and fresh but I can’t wait longer than I would at a sit down restaurant for mediocre fast food so I probably won’t try to come back again. I hope they hire more people asap because the ones who are there are very pleasant and friendly but probably overworked.

Doesn’t matter if there’s no one behind you, they’re gonna make you wait at the end of the drive thru and block it. Once you finally get to the drive thru menu to order, they say they’ll be right with you and you just sit there in silence for 5+ minutes. Doesn’t matter if you ordered ahead in the app or not. Any why do they have two drive thru menus if it’s never open, and they can’t even handle the one?

Left after 5 uncomfortable minutes and went next door to Taco Bell. Adios, BK. 4/25/26 Edit: What is there to discuss? I thought my review was clear. I went to your place of business and was totally ignored by your apathetic staff. I won't be returning for ANY reason.
