  First time there we pulled up walked over to get 2 cups of coffee hot coffee. Everything was good my big complaint and problem is the service and coffee are good but your coffee cups are terrible and that’s being nice. As soon as we pulled out on the highway not one but both cups are so hot you can’t hold them and they are literally collapsing the lid will not stay on my husband was driving and it collapsed pouring all over his legs and burning his legs as well as the center console in our brand new truck is a terrible mess I. The mean time mine is pouring out all over me . We finally made it to dollar general on way to Dexter and had to buy all kind of clean up gear and cream for his legs . I’m writing to let you know this is a problem bad enough it was on us but a child or very old person this would have been a lot worst ! This needs to be addressed and as much as I like your coffee and service we won’t be back do to your cup problem. Was an expensive cup after all the clean up product and cream for the burn. Please Fix

  I have never had a bad experience at this 7 brew every lady that has worked there that has taken my order has been great

  Big fan of 7brew so I was excited to stop here on my drive through Missouri. When I got in line, there was a total of 7 cars. It took a few minutes for them to take my order and then I continued to sit there for another 5 minutes. I only saw two employees so I figured they must be understaffed. When I finally pulled up to get my drink, I saw that there was at least 9 employees “working.” When an employee finally came up to my vehicle, they tried to take my order again. I explained that I already ordered and they simply walked away. This happened twice more. I ended waiting in line for over 20 minutes to get my one drink, which didn’t even taste correct. Simply one of the most disorganized and unprofessional operations I’ve encountered.

  My first time at 7 brew. My teenage daughter kept telling me I needed to try it. The blackberry cobbler smoothie was delicious as was the Georgia peach smoothie she had. Can't wait to go back.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The employee was extremely rude and refused to give me her name when I asked. I explained that my energy drink didn’t taste right and politely requested a refund. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, she told me they were “professionals at making drinks” and refused to refund my money. I drove all the way from Cape Girardeau to the Sikeston location because the Cape store doesn’t reopen until August 3, 2026, so this was especially frustrating. I understand that everyone is human and mistakes can happen. I wasn’t looking for an argument—I simply wanted the issue handled professionally. Unfortunately, the interaction became heated because there was no willingness to listen or provide good customer service. I hope management addresses this and provides additional customer service training so future customers are treated with more respect.
