  The best stand I’ve been to my favorite barista Aspen always has the most amazing energy and when she leads the shift I’ve noticed that the flow of service is top notch

  By far an excellent place for a pick-me-up!! I love the atmosphere and it’s always super easy to get in and out. Susan is my favorite barista!! She’s always so smiley and happy to greet me when I’m there. Definitely feel welcome when Susan is there!

  Will never go back to this location. Double charged because their system said it didn't go through, even though we showed it came out of our bank. Refused to be any help, didn't even offer a free drink coupon to make up for the double charge. All they told us was to dispute it with bank, who said that we didn't have proof we didn't go twice that day.

  I have been visiting various 7 Brew locations for nearly 10 years, and unfortunately, the Sikeston location has been the worst experience I've had. The biggest issue was the lack of awareness and professionalism from the staff. Multiple employees were repeatedly walking in and out of the building and stepping directly in front of moving vehicles without even looking. When I stopped to avoid hitting someone, I was met with side-eyes and glares rather than any acknowledgment of the situation. My drink order was the same one I get at every 7 Brew location, but the quality was noticeably different here. It simply didn't taste right and was honestly one of the worst versions of my usual drink I've received from any 7 Brew. I understand that every location can have an off day, but the combination of unsafe behavior around vehicles, unfriendly interactions, and a poorly made drink made for a disappointing experience. I hope management takes a closer look at the customer service and overall standards at this location.
