  Our Pizza was great! I live in Cassville but our Pizza Hut is not so good. We will make the drive to the Shell Knob for their pizza!!!

  We were told to have a seat and someone would come take our order. We waited 15 minutes and no one ever came so we left. There were only 3 other diners so they were not busy. We ended up going down the road to Geraldi's and I'm glad we did.

  The waitress sat us at the table told us "I'll be right back to take your drink order". After 15 minutes of waiting for her to come to our table, we decided to just do the buffet to make it easier. Waited another 5 minutes after watching her help 2 tables that came in after she sat us. I finally went up to her and asked if we could get drinks. She snapped at me asking what table I was at then said, "I'll get to you when I can". She brought our drinks and walked away. Then came back to the table and said, "So what happend here? You just decide to come in and help yourself to the buffet and seat yourself." I said, "no you sat us and said you would be right back, thats been 20 minutes ago." She looked at me and said well "I'm not just sitting on my hands", rolled her eyes and walked away. I get that this is a Sunday and there is a lunch rush, however, it is NOT acceptable to treat your customers like that. I would expect the eye roll from a teenager but this is a grown woman about 40-50. She also mentioned that we get salad with the buffet but never came back to our table to see if we wanted anything. Definitely the worst service I have received by far from this location.
