  I came in and Paul (I think the manager) was so nice! I had ordered a supersonic breakfast burrito and the tomatoes in it tasted sour. I brought it inside, told him the issue, and he immediately apologized and made me a fresh one. I told him I would leave a review because he was so kind and genuinely apologetic. We need more customer service like this in sedalia!

  Let me preface by saying I rarely leave reviews… I frequent this Sonic back and forth to the Ozarks and have ALWAYS been met with the most respectable of young employees. Today was no different. Maverick and Xander were the most kind and respectable young men I’ve encountered yet at this location going above and beyond the simplest of expectations. And as a former Sonic employee, I know what’s expected. Boys- keep being you. You are excellent human beings. ❤️

  I use to stop here regularly, because its closest to my house. After today's visit ill drive to the one on Broadway. The wait is unacceptable. I waited 15 minutes for one drink order I placed online before I left my house. I was also told which drink to grab off the tray, then was asked to grab a straw from the other side. Not that I minded, but ive worked 15+ years in the food and service industry and never had this happen before.

  The speakers at every Sonic I've visited ,are in need of repair.
