  i only put service at a 5 star because Tim was a goat tonight. He came out hella chill and was a bright party to my night. i hope to see him again at the booth. It also took the people in the kitchen almost 30 minutes to get a single large shake and a large diet coke. Tim deserves to be the manager of this sonic.

  0 stars out of 5. Very disappointed with my experience at Sonic today. We waited over 25 minutes for just 4 slushies, and there wasn’t even a large order involved. The wait time was unacceptable, and there was very little communication about the delay. Drinks should not take that long, especially when customers are paying for fast service. I hope management works on improving speed and customer service because this was frustrating.
