- KHKaydence Hoffman3 days ago1.0NEVER AGAIN. I came here to get my family dinner and service was horrible. It was packed and there were 4 workers! One of the employees gestured his hand like he was annoyed because I couldn’t understand what he was saying. The steak was cold and there was Trash all over the floor and tables. ONE STAR.

There was one person working behind the counter, the back prep area was filthy. Both the brown and the white rice were out and I had to wait for them to make more brown rice. I order the honey chipotle chicken bowl, and the chicken was almost out. The tables outside were filthy, My Husband‘s chicken bowl was cold and he got the last of the chicken. I was so excited to see that Sedalia was getting a chipotle, and I’m so disappointed in how it turned out. I hope that when the Chick-fil-A opens. It doesn’t end up to be a disappointment as well.

When I talked the manager about it the next day he had the same attitude. He looked dirty and needed a haircut and just unprofessional throughout. When I asked for the name of the district manager and his name he refused to give it. I go to warrensburg ever so often if feel like having Chipotle I'll go there. At least their lobby is clean and the drinks are not empty and staff look professional, clean, and act like as well. I won't eat at the one here in sedalia ever again. That's unless they get different staff starting with management!
