  I hate this place. Why is it so bad? Every single time I order Guacamole on this side they don’t give it. Ok? Guess I’m throwing money down the drain? Also what’s up with these new chefs the food literally doesn’t taste good. Like it just taste bad………..

  Sister just chipped her tooth from glass she found in her food. GLASS!!! can you imagine if she swallowed that? OSHA needs to examine this place She went to talk to the employees and none of them cared at all. No apologies, no offer of getting another order done. This is back to being the worst Chipotle I've been to so far. Not to mention how slow they are. Usually 1-2 people working and the rest are just talking.

  I feel bad for the employees who have to work with this older white lady, you can tell she doesn’t create a good, healthy work environment for the team around here. This younger man was taking this woman’s order Infront of me(then that old lady came up to the line) and repeatedly asked the customer is this what you ordered? What did you order? (The guy worker was in the middle of making the order) The old lady was treating her coworker as if he was incompetent and did not know what the lady was ordering.. for a manager position, that is not how you treat your employees. And then it was my time to order and it was almost like she was fake towards me, put on smile and helped me… because the way I just seen her treat the younger employee disgust me.. makes me never want to come back there and get served. She was speaking down to the younger worker and honestly ruined this place for me. No one should work in that type of environment, the younger worker looked shocked and shy the way she was treating him. WORK on your MANAGEMENT chipotle. Not a good look!

  Join me for a tale of tragedy. I want to love this Chipotle. Unfortunately I love the idea of Chipotle more than this restaurant. I’ve given them many chances since opening. I’ve suffered them being out of ingredients (at least 4 times, during normal service hours with no timeline on restocking.) I’ve suffered orders placed well ahead of time being over an hour late. New store, new management. But today, they disappointed me in a new and creative way. I was so disappointed, I’m leaving my first review ever. They left my rice out of my pick up order. My brothers and sisters - I ask you HOW?? It’s the 2nd item, behind “steak.” The 3rd order in a row over as many months that’s been wrong. The incompetence cannot continue. Chipotle, you’re breaking my heart.
