  I travel a lot and eat at BWW frequently. I can honestly say that this location is the worst I have ever experienced. I have ordered from this restaurant four times in the last week and not once has my order been correct. I ordered online tonight and arrived at the location at the designated pickup time. A "manager" checked me in and said my order was being bagged up. I sat waiting for half of an hour. I finally asked a host about about my order and it had been sitting there the entire time. I got my, then cold, food back to my hotel room after correcting them on my forgotten, and then incorrect drink order, only to find missing items from said order. This location should be avoided. Manager, I believe her name was Elizabeth, should be demoted and more care should be placed on assuring customer service is a priority.

  Went on Thursday and the food I received was hard and cold. This is the third time in a row I’ve either gotten the wrong food or it’s just been plain garbage. Manager was supposed to give me a refund last time but that never happened, very poor experience lately, and hasn’t gotten better whatsoever in the last 3 months. Caidence my server at the bar was the only bright spot.

  The food is ok its the service that I have an issue with. I waited for 14 minutes before a person asked me if I had been helped. While I was waiting 2 groups of customers came and didn't wait more than 20 seconds before being helped. I didn't cut them off because i was trying to be respectful to others. I even gave a tip. I know i was seen but just completely bypass for some reason. This is not the first time it has happened. The first time was much longer.

  Pick-up orders are glaringly worse than dine-in. The bone in wings were so overcooked it was like biting into beef jerky. It’s a sad day when pizza places are putting out better wings than Buffalo Wild Wings.
