  Not one time have I had decent food here , food is always cold and looks like it was stepped on , stale.. everytime but once I was missing something small like I asked for ketchup, not there salt and pepper not there , and I'm in the drive up lane for lunch and I'm there for over half of it and it's just 1other car and my self . I've been there 4 times thinking maybe theyre just having a bad day and all four time was the same.

  Completely got the wrong order. We ordered a large chili cheese tot and the #10 which is the BLT combo. Instead we received an order of chili cheese fries and the #2 which is the American Smash (or whatever it's called). We even told the carhop person that the order was completely wrong after we checked to make sure it was correct and he acted like it wasn't their fault that the order was wrong!!!! Yes, he took a bite of the sandwich (he regrets it cause he said that the sandwich was nasty and had no flavor). The picture is of the order that we received. I also want to add that the fries were cold and rubbery. The only things we got that tasted decent was the 2 drinks!!!!

  Everything about this place was excellent. The drive thru went fast , order was correct, and food was hot. And the route cherry lime aid is always a big plus.

  I ordered a cherry limeade and I got about 4 drinks and then it was empty. That's when I noticed that my cup was 3/4 just ice!

  Takes 30 minutes to get a shake from this place, absolutely terrible service.
