  I have been trying for over 3 weeks to be reimbursed for our food on 9/17 when my daughter got to the bottom of her chicken strip container and found a used folded up bandaid that visibly showed bodily fluids on the inside. She nearly vomited in our car at the sight of it so we pulled over and threw the food out at the next stop. Back and forth between Arby’s and Love’s, countless wasted hours for resolution, and no one wants to take ownership of this issue. They instead offered to give me the number for the chicken distributor to file a complaint with them. As if this bandaid survived a frying with the chicken strips and that’s how it ended up in there. Poor sanitation and even poorer customer service. Really bad experience.

  I only get the chicken sandwich meal here, but from what I've noticed everytime I get their fries, I drive back home (which is 1 minute away from this location, mind you) and they are cold, like they were sitting at room temperature before handing them to me. I don't expect them fresh to order but I don't expect them to be super cold 1 minute of me getting my order either. I'm assuming their fry warmer is broken here, because this has been an everytime thing. Other than that I have no complaints.

  I ordered roast beef sandwich, and their mac & cheese. The roast beef was still cold and the mac & cheese was nearly frozen in the middle.

  3 on atmosphere because I went through the drive-through the lady at the window tonight was extraordinary shouted like a true professional. The food was wonderful. I wish I would’ve got her name so maybe she could be commended for her extraordinary service. She was a younger girl maybe mid 20s but black rim glasses super friendly.
