  So when it comes to pizza we usually choose Papa John’s and have had no issues from this spot till now. It just looks like it got thrown together and forgot about. Looks like someone just left it sitting and forgot to turn the warmers off turning some of the cheese hard.

  Soggy, floppy, lukewarm, and disappointing. Been a long time since a pizza ticked me off.

  This is an update to my review as of 9/9/26 - previous was five stars. My wife and I (both mid 70's) enjoy the local eateries, are generous tippers (even to go orders - including pizza) and enjoyed the food and service provided by the St. Robert Papa Johns Pizza - UNTIL 9/4/26 when my wife went to order a pizza for the weekend after receiving a Papa Johns email coupon for 1/2 off. My wife tried to order on line but the 1/2 off coupon would not apply so she called to store. She was greated by the manager and told that he was to busy, would not giver her corporate number, and hung up the phone - VERY RUDE. My wife contacted corporate and they said they would get back to her in 48 hours. She received a response stating that $10 Papa Cash would be added to her account - AS OF 9/9/26 - 1517 hrs - still not applied and my wife responded three times to their email - still no response. EVAL- due to total disregard to customer service at this location - we (my wife and I) will no longer spend our retirement funds on Papa Johns Pizza AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PAPA JOHNS TO ANYONE IN THE ST. ROBERT, FORT LEONARD WOOD, WAYNESVILLE AND SURROUNDING AREAS - unless you like rude customer service.
