  The drive thru person was EXTREMELY rude and got an attitude when we asked for a moment. We ordered for 3 people and 1 of the orders was online only. So we needed a moment to decide what else to get. Then when we gave the order the drive thru person had an attitude, talked over us, and asked multiple questions about things we already said. They also didn't take off the lettuce or tomato from my order when we repeated it at least 3 times. Extremely disappointed with the crew working today. I've worked in fast food and it really isn't difficult to be kind and get an order correct. AND they didn't pack one of my orders. This entire order was wrong and we will never be returning to this location.

  Will not answer the phone, made a mobile order and accidentally selected the wrong location tried calling to tell them to delay the order but they wont answer at all. They keep answering and hanging up.

  Stopped by the closest Taco Bell to grab some lunch and I was told that they were not serving food until the tornado warning was over. Drove a couple miles down to the next Taco Bell and ordered food. I suspected that was not a corporate decision and just people that did not want to work.

  Last 3 orders were wrong, rushed customer service. Put in an order at 930 for pickup tonight. Show up at 9:50 and they are already shut down, despite the app and google showing "open til 3am." What the hell happened to this location?

  My dog died today in my arms. I brought her body to macaulay animal. I am dying of cancer. She was my support dog. I hadn't eaten in days so my nurse took me to this taco bell. We got yelled at us and we had to repeat our order 6x. We ordered nachos, 2 bean burritos without onion and 3 tacos. She couldn't seem to grasp no onions. She repeatedly said our order back but no mention of no onions. When I kindly told her she missed the no onions on my burrito, she yelled at me that they didn't have onions. I told her firmly that they did have onions. In between shouting at us, she was yelling at a teenager. She began telling us what she was yelling at the teenager about and how 2 kids called off. I am emphatic and I told her to breathe and soften her tone. She began complaining again and shut the window. I could hear her complaining about me now. I could see a distressed older gentleman standing at the counter
