  Manager Erica was the most unprofessional loud but wrong just above minimum wage employee I’ve ever encountered. I called to have a credit applied she told me my card was charged a random amount that did not add up to what was supposed to be applied. She hung up on me several times and told me “you need to be more clear” after I asked could I add my specific pizza onto the order that got me the credit in the first place. Instead of her saying I can start a new order, she said I can’t do that and you need to be more clear. I am absolutely disgusted and will never be ordering while ERICAS FUNKY attitude is in the building.

  Last time I ordered from here, the pizzas were late, the wrong crust and missing the toppings. I called and got a refund to my account. Ordered again tonight to use said credits. The pizza looks like someone hurled it at the ground, has the wrong crust and the toppings are everywhere but the pizza. I am so disappointed. Are we serious??

  The lady working the counter this morning was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. I came to pick up an order and she acted as if I was someone who had came and picked up an order before and she betrayed me for something that someone else did in the past, and then, when I explained that it wasn’t me, she still had attitude with me and continued to be disrespectful to the point when I asked for a manager she walked away and pretended she couldn’t hear me and I very loudly. I said I would be calling back later and she told me to go ahead and do it. Nothing would happen. She was extremely messy. Her clothes were disgusting. Her face was not shaving. It was disgusting. I will be calling back to speak with a manager, or I will be coming up here every day until my problem is resolved. This is absolutely ridiculous. I will be calling corporate.
