  We had the worst experience at this location. We called ahead a few days prior to see if they could accommodate a party of 11 (4 were kids), and if they would be staffed enough that day- we were told yes they’d have plenty of staff. We arrived and there were two people working and a manager and the server let us know they were very understaffed at that day. There was another party there when we arrived as well, and one family. Those left prior to us receiving our food. First, they ran out of ice- which was fine. Then we ordered 4 pizzas, they all came out at different times over the span of 20 or so minutes causing the first ones to be cold by the time the next came out. The last pizza that came out was incorrect- we did ask for it to be fixed and they said yes and give them a few minutes. 15 minutes later we checked and the pizza wasn’t even in, another 15 minutes and nothing. Finally we asked to just cancel the pizza. We asked for the pizza to be removed from the bill. When we went to check out the server apologized profusely about the service and how understaffed they were. (The server and guy in the kitchen were great but had no support and we kept telling her that we had no issues with her and she did wonderful with what she was given. ). She asked if we wanted to speak to a manager, they said he was busy but would be out in 10-15 minutes. After waiting 15 minutes a guy came behind the register and asked if we were checking out and we let him know we were just waiting for the manager. He said- he will be here at 5 (1.5 hours from now). We let him know that we were told he was in the back and would be out in a few. He said- oh then I guess that’s me but the other manager will be in at 5. I asked if he was who I should talk to about issues with the visit. He look up, rolled his eyes and in a condescending tone asked - you can see we are busy, right? I did let him know that we were not asking for an attitude and just wanted to talk- he responded with- I took off the one pizza, what more do you want. We just wanted to let you know about what went on today- he then just repeated the total and that was it. Anything else that was said he just repeated the total and wouldn’t say anything else. At that point I may have become a bit unprofessional admittedly and compared him to a male reproductive body part. But Travis- the man who may or may not be a manager, was the worlds biggest jerk. Please note, we paid the full balance AND made sure to tip the server and pizza maker in cash for their service as they did their best. But this manager was defensive from the start of the conversation. If you want to sit for an eat in experience- DO NOT GO HERE, unless you like those restaurants that treat their customers horribly. They have those! And if that’s your thing- enjoy. Not mine, and Travis was probably the worst customer service I’ve ever had.

  Hey ! I have been a customer with this location almost 5 years 12 with Pizza Hut , but I would not go back to this place ever in my life , anyway on the 11th I ordered some wings and pizza , they made a mistake with my order, I went back they gave me wrong sauce , so my wife and daughter went back to them to get the right sauce but the manger over there disrespect her so she called me to ask me to bring the wings so they can see what kind of sauce was it , while we take on the phone the manger kept saying go cray to daddy ,🤯 the police was involved and I contacted the customer service which is worse then the employees , the keep saying we going to contact you in 3 business days they never do , have every thing to prove what I said , and my text with customer service too . Don’t order from there don’t go if you don’t want to get disrespected in front of your daughter with words I can’t even say .

  We heard this was redesigned as a Classic Pizza Hut. Corporate didn’t live up to the hype with the decor. However, the service was fantastic. The manager was friendly and honestly made the trip worth it. The food was better than I expected, and worth going back for. We all got personal pan pizzas and breadsticks. The crust was crunchy and it reminded me of when I was younger.

  Manager Erica was the most unprofessional loud but wrong just above minimum wage employee I’ve ever encountered. I called to have a credit applied she told me my card was charged a random amount that did not add up to what was supposed to be applied. She hung up on me several times and told me “you need to be more clear” after I asked could I add my specific pizza onto the order that got me the credit in the first place. Instead of her saying I can start a new order, she said I can’t do that and you need to be more clear. I am absolutely disgusted and will never be ordering while ERICAS FUNKY attitude is in the building.
